Finally tried this spot out a few months back and it's now a 3-4 visits/month kinda place for us. Food is fresh, hot, not greasy, and not over salted. Love their fresh corn tortillas, portions are solid, salsas are on point, and service is friendly and efficient!

This spot was definitely tucked away inna small plaza in Gardena ca but it was definitely good everything was delicious from Chips and salsa to the rice the beans and meat . Topped with hand made tortillas..you can't go wrong!! Whenever in the area!! And hungry for mexican food...I suggest this spot shout out to my cousin David for putting me on! Sorry about the photo we couldn't wait. Lol

So to avoid the massive drizzle that was attempting to pour on the neighborhood, like a true Aztec, I came for the weekend must have, bowl of Menudo. All I added was their hot salsa and a squeeze of lemon. So much meat in the bowl that I had to fight to get broth on the spoon. I won the battle. One of the BEST menudos I've had in years. However, the most impressive sight, is the outstanding customer service by this family ran establishment. Very attentive young men and women who come to check on you to make sure you are enjoying your dish. A must visit location if you are looking for fantastic service and good in a no frills restaurant.

Coco's tacos is AMAZING. They serve the best tacos ever here. My favorite is their al pastor tacos. It's juicy and generous with the portions of meat per taco. I love loads of onions and cilantro on my tacos, so I always ask if I can have some on the side. They pack it in small baggies for you. Their salsa roja is genuinely really spicy. So be warned beforehand. I am someone who can handle a decent amount of heat. What I love about their salsa roja is that the spice doesn't take away from the flavor of the salsa at all. There are some spicy that just makes the sauce gross, but this one is 10/10!! They are a small family ran establishment and it's really cozy and quaint. They are always very polite and nice when we go there.

Price was reasonable. I tried the Carne Asada taco (#1), Carnitas taco (#2), and the fish taco (#3). I ranked them in order. Carne Asada was the best of the three. I wish they would stay open until 10pm.

Horrible service I went for the first time today and asked what the man would recommend and he said " i don't know what I could recommend you everything's good" ok let it go. Then went to order and in the middle of me ordering he said wait and walked away. At which point I said it's not worth it and we left with out trying the food. Wouldn't recommend the service at all Servicio horrible Fui por primera vez hoy y le pregunté qué recomendaría el hombre y me dijo "no sé qué podría recomendarte, todo está bien", está bien, déjalo ir. Luego fui a ordenar y en medio de mi pedido dijo que esperara y se fue. En ese momento dije que no valía la pena y nos fuimos sin probar la comida. No recomendaría el servicio en absoluto.
I really do love this food! My go to is the carne asada burrito and tacos. Alway so fresh and piping hot! I've called my order in and taken at least 15 mins to arrive after they said my food would be ready, took it home, and my burrito stays HOT! I love that. The only thing is that I wish their staff were a little more friendly and welcoming. I've come here multiple times and sometimes I walk in and they don't even say hello. Just stare at me and wait for me to order which can feel a bit cold. The food is really good but I think they lack in customer service and could try a little harder.

This is the best taco shop in town for me!Coming from San Diego, I was looking for a great local no frills taco shop that had decent prices. This is it.Amazing fresh made tortillas and great simple tacos with a ton of flavor.
Carne asada plate is very good along with Al pastor tacos. Recommend highly for Mexican

This is a wonderful little place to grab some yummy tacos. Nothing pretentious here, but there is a super friendly staff and great tacos at an amazing price!! We come here several times a month and have never been disappointed. My favorite is the beef birrio tacos, my husband loves the asada tacos. The chips are super fresh! You should try it!!

The service was great, even though I carried out. I had the birria burrito with spicy sauce, and it was ok. A lot of meat, but it could have been seasoned better. It just needed more. Same for salsa that came with the chips. The homemade horchata was superb.
