Bretty good. The server was very helpful helping me to figure out what sides I wanted. The greens are a little tangy but not too serious. I liked it. The yams were good also. They love to season so expect full flavor.

Seriously people, get your information right. I parked in the back at 3 and a worker comes out yelling CLOSED. I asked when they're open and he tells me...Saturday. How do you run a business opening and closing when you feel like it wasting your customers time? Good grief!

A passerby saw us looking at the menu and said this place was IT. We went in and had the best fried chicken I've had in years--I could have ordered just the crispy, crackly skin and been happy. Plus, the candied yams were amazing! We're coming back to this place.

Always closed and just unprofessional and unpredictable. It's exhausting going there and it not being open nor do they answer the phone

We were looking for ribs. Went to smoking Jonny but they don't have tables to eat in. We discovered DUTC, one block away. We had the rib special. Delicious. Potato salad and beans were amazing. Everyone working here is really nice. I will come back so I can try everything on the menu! So far, 5 stars!

I had carry out. The chicken was old. Tasted like they had the food warmed up in some type of warmer and I couldn't eat it for a while, because it was just too hot. Biscuit wrapped in plastic. Just skip it and go to Churches.

The chicken was perfectly fried, hot and fresh. Crispy. Just like fried chicken should be. Nice place, friendly service. Been trying to eat here several times but it never worked out. Worth the wait.

Mac and cheese tasted like styrofoam, couldn’t really enjoy how I wanted to.

Great soul food joint. Clean, friendly and decorative. Staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. Food was tasty. Portion sizes were great. Menu options were good. Place is a little tight but that's okay. If you go after church get there before the crowd. Mac and cheese was cheesy and the pork chops were big

If you're looking for a restaurant that combines great food with a commitment to giving back to the community, look no further than Dare to Care Grill. This unique eatery not only serves up delicious dishes that will leave your taste buds singing, but also works hard to support local charities and organizations. From the moment you walk in the door, you'll be struck by the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are always happy to greet you with a smile and make sure you're well taken care of throughout your meal. And speaking of the food, it's simply incredible. Whether you're in the mood for a juicy burger, a fresh salad, or a hearty bowl of soup, there's something for everyone on the menu. But what really sets Dare to Care Grill apart is their commitment to making a positive impact on the world around them. They donate a portion of their profits to local charities, host special events to support these organizations, and even offer volunteer opportunities so customers can get involved and give back too.Overall, I can't recommend Dare to Care Grill highly enough. Not only will you enjoy a fantastic meal, you'll also be supporting a fantastic cause. So why not stop by and see what all the fuss is about? You won't be disappointed!

FYI - the open times here on Yelp is incorrect. They don't open until 11 am on weekdays, and they're closed on Tuesday & Wednesday. I came here for lunch with a friend, and we both got the fried chicken. They were juicy, tasty, and crispy. I love how you can get what type of chicken you want (breast, thigh, drumsticks, etc), and they are cooked to order. We also got to try most of their sides, and my favorites were Mac N cheese, greens, and red beans and rice. Oh, their cornbread was also delicious! We're definitely returning!
