I give this store 5 stars all the employees that have been there for this past year have been phenomenal. this is the month of August and there has been a new general manager there she's not friendly she's not kind and she's very cruel to the employees the location and Gardena needs a new general manager. Really think it's cruel that she puts the customers and employees under a lot of pressure and she doesn't speak really and when she speaks she speaks very aggressively the new management lady needs to go and and for as the other employees keep up the awesome job you guys are great customer service and my entire family looks forward to coming And visiting on the weekend.

Love this place so much, coffee is always great. However today I noticed something pretty disturbing. As I was waiting for my drink an employee was bringing in trays of donuts from her car. Not in a box or covered at all. I think that's pretty unsanitary.

Always come here, if you order on the app they have your drinks ready within minutes which is awesome :) definitely recommend.

At around 11ish am on my 4th attempt on getting my bagels chives and onions I had ordered online a week ago today Monday they didn't have. This morning I went in which I think she was the manger wearing a gray shirt I let her know about the trouble I had just letting her know today was my 4th attempt very nonchalant she replied will you're getting it today lol I had a look like okay Also I would like to informed people on Yelp all online orders which they keep arms reach for for customers to grab and look into the bags trying to figure out which bags is theirs digging into bags although is the customers to blame maybe they should rearrange the customer pick up grab and go products.

I worked here for about 5-6 months back in like august of 2021 when marina was there. Just wanted to say if you plan working here please don't. At the time I was working here i was a senior in high school getting harassed by girls in college. Point is new management and employees f***** up the whole store. Cut our hours due to "high labor" yet they wouldn't stop hiring teens. Ex coworkers would literally look up personal info and send it around and when reported to Hr or the Store manager I was told nothing could be done. As a 16 year old at the time I would here that I was pregnant or that I had already put my two weeks even tho none of that was true. Making literally anyone shift lead that does not deserve it .

Even tho this isn't my favorite Dunkin to go to, I like coming here because Evelyn makes it not only a shopping experience but she adds a sense of personality and I find it a little fun to go there! Thanks!!!

As a former employee who just quit let me tell y'all the truth about Dunkin. The managers care more about the customers than the employees. Employees are ALWAYS understaffed. The district manager/ general manager (when we had one) were always more concerned about labor than over working their employees. They had enough people to give during shifts but would choose not to. 2 people during a rush, ridiculous. I was always under appreciated for my work. Management is ridiculous. There is no general manager, the store is ran by 18 year olds for minimum wage. There was mold in the ice caddy , and maggots under the sink. Dunkin brands do something about this b********

This location used to be a pleasant experience. I don't know if it's corporate management, but all the best serving employees keep leaving. The newer employees are quite rude and seem very unhappy to serve you. On multiple occasions, I've noticed the shift supervisors/managers have no kind way of telling the employees what they need to do (I'm assuming they're in charge if they're giving orders). The environment at this location is hostile. Treat others with the same respect you want to be treated with. Food and drink wise, this location is very inconsistent. The donuts are always stale and the coffee tastes very watery at times.

This is the nearest Dunkin location to me and so I keep giving it an opportunity but unfortunately they are very inconsistent with their drinks and EVERY TIME I get a breakfast sandwich or bagel bites they taste like burned plastic. It's gross!!
I have yet to try anything i like from here . The service from the workers isn't always good. The burnt hash brown I received I asked for a second remark and still burnt. It taste like the back of the freezer . I hate leaving bad reviews but its sad . I tried the bagels from them with the cream cheese it was still cold on the inside. I have received better service elsewhere but not this location

They serve old donuts here. Had a donut so hard I thought my tooth would come out. Haven't witnessed a fresh donut yet. They so hard you could sit on them and it'll still have it's form. Coffee taste like tap water with vanilla creamer.

I woke up early and drove really far just to make it to this Dunkin location before my morning class and it was extremely worth it! It was busy in the morning yet my order came out really quick. Service: 5/5 There was an employee that was extremely patient and sweet. She had pink frames glasses and neatly braided hair and her service is above and beyond! Cleanliness: 5/5 Value: 5/5 Quality': 5/5 The donuts were tasty and the Large Charli Cold Foam with light ice got me through my classes and day. The donuts I got were maple frosted long John x2, one chocolate frosted long John, 3 vanilla creme donuts.

My sister and I always come here and their service is great! today I had Nuriah help me at the front and she was so sweet! Would highly recommend getting coffee here as it is always good!

I can in 2 days in a row. Day1 great day 2 same workers but Kevin helped me today and remembered me from yesterday and knew my order. Very good employees and very sanitary shop. Employee was wiping down the cabinets and windows in the waiting area
