This place has phenomenal food served in an ample supply. The young man working the counter is very respectful, and the place is clean. Had the Casadia w/ Carne Asada and it took me 2 days to finish it... huge. HIGHLY recommend! Looking forward to this place becoming a regular stop in Vegas.

El Chiapas has the BEST BIRRIA I’ve had. I don’t know the recipe (which I would LOVE) nor how the meat is marinated or seasoned however my favorite is the birria pizza with the avocado sauce. I order the birria pizza about once a week. I literally cannot get enough. The smell and taste and texture is phenomenal. I highly recommend the birria here. My friends have had other food here and have also been extremely satisfied. If I had a picture I would add to my review however I usually get into my pizza asap.

The food is good, the Birria Ramen is a little salty but with a little water, whatever you put in it, it passes.
Vegetarian options: I don't think it has a vegetarian option. We see that you order rice and beans and cheese. I don't exactly know if they have vegetarian options.
Kid-friendliness: Very little because it is too close to the main street and it can be dangerous because the tables are close to the street.

Ordered with ubereats, asked for extra salsa. Received only 3 salsa no guacamole salsa. No picked carrots. Really disappointed because the food is good. Do not order with ubereats, pick it up instead.

El chiapas tacos, it's 1 of my favorite places to get really good tacos or burritos, I only have something to say. I don't know who's in charge of preparing the meats, but it doesn'thave the same flavor every time. Sometimes, the alpastor meat has a really good flavor and sometimes not, the tripas tacos sometimes are over cooked and little bit salty, the burritos sometimes are too big and sometimes are just the right size this is not a complain but they should be more consistent size and flavor. But overall, it's still a great food truck.
