This place has phenomenal food served in an ample supply. The young man working the counter is very respectful, and the place is clean. Had the Casadia w/ Carne Asada and it took me 2 days to finish it... huge. HIGHLY recommend! Looking forward to this place becoming a regular stop in Vegas.

El Chiapas has the BEST BIRRIA I’ve had. I don’t know the recipe (which I would LOVE) nor how the meat is marinated or seasoned however my favorite is the birria pizza with the avocado sauce. I order the birria pizza about once a week. I literally cannot get enough. The smell and taste and texture is phenomenal. I highly recommend the birria here. My friends have had other food here and have also been extremely satisfied. If I had a picture I would add to my review however...

The food is good, the Birria Ramen is a little salty but with a little water, whatever you put in it, it passes.

Vegetarian options: I don't think it has a vegetarian option. We see that you order rice and beans and cheese. I don't exactly know if they have vegetarian options.

Kid-friendliness: Very little because it is too close to the main street and it can be dangerous because the tables are close to the street.
