I picked up my food in the evening on s Saturday and the vibe was really cool... I wish I could have dined in. The people who worked there were nice. However, I was not at all impressed with their pollo saltado or their aji verde.

A very nice place and the food is excellent, especially the grilled chicken, something you should not miss trying.

We have been customers of this restaurant for more than six years but this day February 23 at 2:00 pm we had lunch and without a doubt it was the worst service received, the cashier who served us we assume that due to lack of staff as a waitress with a terrible attitude, she almost threw the food at us and her attention was terrible to say the least, another waitress tried to help us unfortunately it was already very late, the food was cold, tasteless and the drinks the same, none of the dishes were as usual, and For a 100 dollar bill it seems like an insult!! It's the last time we go!

EVA AND JOSE ARE REALLY RUDE PEOPLE. VERY SHORT AND SNAPPY WITH ME WITHOUT EVEN APOLOGIZING FOR HIS ACTIONS. CARSON I WILL GO BACK TO THAT LOCATION. ORDER ONLINE AT 5:15 PM FOR A 6:30 PICKUP I'VE BEEN WAITING ALMOST 40 MINUTES FOR AN ORDER. SPEAKING IN SPANISH NOT EVEN KNOWING IF I UNDERSTAND IT OR NOT. IT'S SAD BECAUSE WITHOUT CUSTOMERS YOU DON'T GET PAID YOU WON'T HAVE A JOB SO WHY ARE YOU BEING SO RUDE.

Today I went to eat there for the first time, the service was very bad, they brought the soup and never brought the bread, they said now and it's right now and they never arrived 🤣 the food was brought an hour late, they had forgotten and they didn't even give us an apology, on the contrary, they told us In a very bad way, the food is going to be loved or not, and according to there is no manager, everyone does what they want and they answer you very rudely.
Strictly for salsa dancing, literally no one available to dance with, it was so dead. I dont think ive ever been to such a dead salsa night. It was sad. However the salsa DJ was great. I ended dancing alone and with my friend since no one was available to dance. Primarily couples were there, no single men and only about 10 people and they still charged an entry fee. Someone needs to give classes and bring in a crowd. Lots of potential. I'll stay away till it picks up.
I don't know if the management changed, but the food became disgusting... and not to mention the bathrooms. Super dirty, smelly... money wasted... going to this place became a horrible place... it's a shame that I previously liked it a lot

Delicious food and good service 🙌
El Pollo Inka has been around for many years and was my first introduction to Peruvian cuisine. The meal started off with a bowl of their pollo gallina soup, it could have been a bit hotter, but is good with the hot sauce mixed in. I’ve always liked their Lomo Saltado, especially with the Aji Amarillo sauce. The sautéed beef, red onions, tomatoes, French fries and rice is a great combination, especially smothered in the delicious green sauce.
It’s an okay restaurant to meet your fix for Peruvian food in Gardena. There are better places in Hollywood like Mario’s or Los Balcones.

We had to wait a long time to be served, the cutlery was almost thrown at us, the food was ugly, the pisco was horrible, pure ice, the passion fruit was ugly, or rather everything was bad in this restaurant.

I been here twice and the food was good both times. The first time though, our server was either being sexist or wanted my partner’s attention because she attended him and completely ignored me until my husband asked her to take my order. Besides that, the service was good and the food was amazing.

On Monday I arrived at this restaurant and unfortunately the food was very bad, the rice was hard and raw, the salad was too acidic and to top it all off, the soup was cold. Very badly
