One of my favorite places to eat on the planet...!!! Even though I have been to the Broadway location which has great food and service as well, the Crenshaw location has a more open dining area and much better parking... just wanted to voice my hopethatitwillre-open soon!!!

I celebrated my birthday yesterday in this great restaurant. Well it was a cool evening and the restaurant was indeed the reason for that fruitful event. The stuff collaborated in a graceful style, the food was extremely good and my guests were so pleased. We shall definitely visit again for more celebrations. thanks very much.

Just as good as the original but with much better parking. My favorite Italian restaurant in the South Bay. The Marguerite pizza is very thin crust and delicious and great as an appetizer for the table.

I have been to exEat numerous times. Enjoyed all the dishes. The waitresses are nice and beautiful! One thing they can do is wipe down the small bottles of oil and vinegar at your table. The bottles tend to get oily on the outside.

I first tired Eatalian; exEat's sister restaurant about 8 years ago. Fast forward 2020 and my boyfriend suggested dinner here at exEat. Remembering how amazing the food was at Eatalian; I was excited to see how this place For starters we chose to get the Crudo e Burrata ($19). We were both surprised how much Prosciutto di Parma this plate had. In the middle was some arugula with tomatoes along with locally produced burrata cheese. Overall good starter but the prosciutto was slightly on the salty side. We also decided to get the Emilia Salad ($9.25). The Emilia is not your typical salad. It instead is a grilled vegetables plate with eggplant, zucchini, onion, yellow and red bell peppers with hand shaved Parmigiano Reggiano and drizzled with aged balsamic vinegar. I liked how this salad had two each of the grilled vegetables; thus making it perfect for sharing. For our main course; we decided to split the Gnocchi pesto ($15.25). Via Yelp; I had read this was one of the most popular dishes. The gnocchi here is handmade in house and I was quite pleased with the quality. It was so soft. It was quite tasty and I liked how the sauce wasn't too rich or overpowering. It was just right. Portion wise wasn't too big so it gave us plenty of space for dessert. For dessert; we headed off to the cute little dessert cart they had off to the side of the restaurant. They had so many cute and delightful looking dessert and we ended up getting apricot shortbread cookies and a cup of strawberry cream dessert. Both desserts were so good. I loved the shortbread cookies. They were light and had a lovely apricot filling. The strawberry cream dessert was so smooth and practically melted in the mouth. We paired our dessert with some decaf coffee. The espresso machine was down that evening which was a bit of a bummer but then the decaf coffee turned out to be such a pleasant surprise! It was delicious and we ended up asking for refills. Overall we had a lovely evening at exEat. The food and drinks were excellent.

If we go out to eat, we like to order dishes that we don't make at home, like gnocchi and we love the gnocchi here. We usually get a large salad and two gnocchi plates to share between my wife, my 4 year old son, and I.

I came to this place with a few co-workers for lunch and I was thoroughly impressed! This hidden gem is tucked away near a laundromat but it's worth the extra effort in finding it :) The food was flavorful and piquant. We started out with a Felipe pizza and split it among our group of 5. It was not your run-of-the-mill pizza however as it was quite thin and not very greasy (which I prefer). After scarfing down a few slices of pizza, I tried the Penne Con Pollo which was creamy and savory. Lastly, I finished this delicious meal with the best dessert I've had in a while which was the combo of the Millefoglie (fluffy pastry with strawberries and vanilla cream) and Mint Chocolate/Pistachio Gelato. Overall, this place has both tasty food and a welcoming staff. If you're looking for an eatery that serves authentic Italian food, I would recommend giving this place a try!
