Called in my order. Got there and there was 3 people in front of me..no big deal. Until I paid for my order and still had to wait. Then all 3 people in front of me got their orders. I asked why they got theirs first if I called my order in before hand? Said it'd be done shortly. Waited another 3 or 4 min. By this time I'm getting irate because I'm on my way to work and what should have took less that 10min is now going on almost 25min. So as politely as I could, I asked for my $ back and had to wait couple more minutes for manager to refund me. He then told me that they must've gave my order to someone else cause cook said they made it. SMH There was a guy behind me that I expressed my frustration to. Apparently he used to work there and told me that's why he quit. Lol WOW! Kudos to that young man. At least some people still have good work ethics lol Hopefully this is just a one time thing. I've never had bad service here before. So I will give it another chance because I like the food. Will update if it changes

Oh my God the food was delicious both boxes are worth the wait taste amazing
Superb!! My Mom and I stopped here before we headed out of town; LILIAN WAS AMAZING!! The Food and Service is always a Plus for My Lil Ones and Family!!

Came in with my gf around 6:30 and ordered two burgers and two fries. Twenty mins later, a lady calls the name for my order and says that the powers been off and its going to take at least another 25 mins to heat things up and prepare are order..
So the power was off when we ordered and they didnt bother to mention anything to us and then I got frustrated when they said that they'll start my order as soon as they can 20 mins after I already paid gor my food
This place is a joke and whoever the manager seems like she was in over her head (with my and my gf being the ONLY two customers in the resteraunt)
