I really enjoy getting a burger from Five Guys because they consistently serve a solid product with a nice variety of condiments and add-ons. I especially appreciate the fact they don't charge extra for mushrooms. The only thing that disappointed me this visit was the reduction in the quantity of fries they gave. I always looked forward to the overflow of delicious fries that would be found at the bottom of the bag. Not this time. A wave of sadness came over me at this sight. I can only hope this is not a harbinger of things to come.Service has always been good. The staff have been pretty cool and I've never had any issues at any of their locations. The location is conveniently located off Redondo Beach Blvd and parking is plentiful. There is a Starbucks located a short walk away in case you desire a different beverage than what Five Guys offers and a decent donut shop (Rainbow Donuts) in case you need a sweet treat to wrap up your meal. In closing, BRING BACK THE OVERFLOWING FRIES! If I wanted an undersized, overpriced (but yummy) order of fries, I could go to Mickey D's down the street. Step it up guys. I believe in you. Like Rob Schneider says, " You can DO IT! "

5 STARS! Service was fast and efficient. Jonathan happened to be the only person available- helped me ordered my food at the register and also cooked my food as well! Give Jonathan a RISE for being a star employee! Overall a very good experience here :)

Another clean and fresh location by 5 guys. Service was super fast, 7 mins from paid order to food delivery to the counter. Food was fast I was only able to eat 6 or 8 peanuts while I was waiting. Ambiance is great love the rock music playing within this location. I really like the cheeseburger "all the way".

Mike & Jessie the cooks were very friendly satisfied with the customer hospitality. On the other hand Valerie the employee that took my order didn't seem to happy to be present. I almost didn't want to buy anything again but the food was satisfying

This is my only second time here and I can't believe I only been here twice . The staff was friendly . The service was quick . The burger was delicious. You get so much fries so order the small unless you can handle a lot of fries . So many toppings for free . The shake was great .

Too expensive...$9.39 for a small burger. I can get an excellent burger in Venice for about 5 bucks. It's worth the drive...Win-Dow. The fries at Win-Dow are good, too!

Check your food, I had two burgers, and both had hair in it. So discussing, I called to make a complaint just to have the manager give me an attitude. Well it's not my fault I had hair in my dam burgers for you miss to give me an attitude!. Spent over 70 bucks to a horrible experience! To make matters worse it was my 1st time and last I will ever eat here!I just had the district manager call me to apologize. Just for him to tell me thing's like this do happen from time to time and they don't have any control over it.?? Wait excuse me in one burger I do understand, however it was in two burgers! Oops sorry but this was negligence from the employees. Shame on this person
