Drinks are at least $6 each but very good. Very few tables but no one was staying so it worked out for us.

I drive a long way to go to this Gong Cha, because before their boba was the softest amongst all the other Gong Cha in the area. But that changed the last time I visited, their boba was under cooked so it was hard inside. The boba is very important in a milk tea, I usually order double boba, because I love it so much. Please be more consistent with your boba, I will visit again, and hopefully the next time it will be soft as before. Other than that, the service and the facility is top notch. Thanks.EDIT:Changed my rating because the owner seems to care about customers feedback.

The boba pearls are not consistent. On Christmas Day, the boba were hard. The last time I ordered, the boba were not as hard. I think the workers need to get trained on making better boba. They may need to cook them a little longer, so that they are soft and chewy.

The prettiest Gong Cha I’ve visited. This is probably one of the most Instagrammable Gong Cha in SoCal. I went for the festive drinks. They’re good but still a bit too sweet for low suger version.

Came here with my friend once. I forgot what she got, but I got their Oolong Milk Tea with boba. There was no line when we got there so we got our drinks pretty fast. I though that the milk tea (oolong) was really good, but I thought that the boba was chewy and my friend thought the same. Later on, I decided to call and ask if it was normal for the boba to be hard, they said no and they offered to get me one on the house any time I can come.Fast forward, I came in today and got the same exact thing and the tea was still really good, but the boba was still a bit chewy. I really enjoyed the milk tea both times, but I do wish that they fix the pearls.Anyways, it's also really cute and bright inside.

Got the Earl Grey Milk Tea with Pearls. It's the best Earl Gray I've had so far! The tea is very fragrant, and it had a good creaminess to it. 50% sweetness was perfect, and it was comforting to drink. The boba runs on the smaller side, and it had a great chewy texture to it! I ordered online and it was ready early. The store was nice and clean inside, and it has a nice flower display. They have other interesting drink combos, and I can't wait to try them!9.5/10

I love Gong Cha and their delicious bubble tea. My go-to drink is the **taro milk tea** with **75% sugar, light ice, and light boba**. It's the perfect balance of sweetness, creaminess, and chewiness. But Gong Cha has more than just taro milk tea. They have a variety of flavors and toppings to suit any taste. I've tried lots of their drinks and haven't been disappointed. Some of my favorites are the **brown sugar milk tea**, the **mango green tea**, and the **passion fruit smoothie**. They are all refreshing and flavorful.I don't understand why some people have left negative reviews for Gong Cha. I've never experienced any problems with their service or quality. The staff are always friendly and helpful, especially Vivian who served me on 8/12. She was very attentive and courteous, and made my drink exactly how I wanted it.I've been a fan of Gong Cha ever since I lived in China, where they originated. They are one of the best bubble tea chains in the world, in my opinion. I think their water might be better filtered here than other places, but that's just my observation. Their drinks always taste fresh and clean. If you're looking for a great place to get bubble tea, look no further than Gong Cha. You won't regret it!

I had a horrible experience with the coffee shop a block away and decided to try coffee here. This wasn't any different. The girl was so annoyed when i asked for the coffee menu. She said "it's back there" and pointed to the wall. I wasnt going to take out my frustration out on her but i really was incredibly frustrated. When i started to ask for flavors she said " for what? For a latte? Do you want it by itself? " really? I'm not asking for much other than for people in customer service to implement what they're taught in providing customer service and guiding an order. Not everyone orders coffee daily and sometimes a little help goes a long way. It's beyond ridiculous to think you can speak to people this way. I will not be returning.

This is one of a few places around that have a grapefruit tea and I think it is particular to this franchise location. I love a grapefruit tea and this one comes with star shaped lychee pieces. It's so good. They also have a new mango mochi waffle that is quite tasty.Parking: There is a big shared lot for the stripmall. I never have trouble finding a spot.

Didn't get a drink. The employee explained when I reached the front of the line that the couldn't take my order due to an overload of orders. He directed me to order online so I ended up leaving. It seems this has been a similar experience of others and probably could be avoided by making an announcement before I waited 10 minutes in line. Unsure if he took the orders of the people behind me or not.The drinks look really good though so I'll be back and hopefully I don't get turned away next time.
