After my son ordered his food and paid, the cashier told him that the cook refused to make a Philly Cheese sandwich on Philly cheese Monday on a Monday. He felt totally disrespected and perceived it as Racist. My son is Black and the Cook Asian. So he got his money back and left. Don't patronize this business

I was walking by and the Sunday special drew me in.

They wouldn't upgrade to Seoul spicy but damn it was very good as is.

the sauce is killer and they loaded up the chicken. felt like 1.5× a normal chicken sandwich

Maybe coulda crammed more veg on there, but honestly it was pretty much perfect. even at 9$ its cheaper than a lot of places this good.

nothing crazy new but worth a try if you can afford it or go for the specials.

Absolutely love this place. Then they shut down for many months and I was extremely sad. And then delighted when they reopen and now hate going here. Every single time I go there, there's something wrong with my order. The first time they didn't give me any sauce with my wrap and I had the driest wrap ever. The second time The cashier thought I said salad instead of wrap and thought I said no egg instead of no tomato and wanted to just argue with me over what I order. Third time I made sure to ask for everything. Fourth time ask for sauce and was told it was with my order, got all the way home to find no sauce. I don't know who you have running this place now but it's a complete mess and I need to drive 15 or 20 minutes to these other locations now to get better service.

I just went today 30 minutes ago and ordered 4 sandwich combos. I got the entire order completely wrong. The person taking the order didn't really care at all. I asked for 2 starys and 2 manza sol and she gave me 4 different drinks and one felt mix. On the classics sandwich they put a spicy sauce only in the center that can't be seen on the outside. The Buffalo sauce was a different color than normal. They mixed both different styles of cosloth. After asking to change the Fanta orange that I didn't order I asked for a stary and gave me a diet coke???. I just let it go.I would recommend sticking the paramount location. The service and food was bad here. Keep in mind we were the only customer and we had no rush at all. This is the first time I ever write a review in my life because I never had such a bad experience. Before the renovations they were completely different and much better.

Woah the chicken is so tender and juicy ? applause to this establishment they have good cooks and the service was amazing. Very well seasoned, delicious and the chicken strips are not small portions they’re pretty big which is a plus for me.

Drove all the way home just to have the wrong order. Try to call and they don’t have an active line. Drove all the way back and with no apology was going to hand me my now, cold food. Workers get annoyed that I asked to have my order remade and made no way in making my already bad experience better. Will not be coming back here again.

The workers are awesome and helpful. The place is clean with plenty of parking. The food is delicious. The seasoned fries, fries sauce are the best and the chicken sandwich are HUGE and delicious. Go eat there.

I've been meaning to try this place. I was initially saddened by the closing of Togo's at this location. But when I heard it was going to be a Korean Chicken sandwich place I was less sad. The sandwich I tried was the Seoul Spicy Chicken Sandwich. It was a sweet spicy & combined with the tang of pickled daikon was delicious. I'm not that into spicy food. I don't dislike it but I am not trying to get everything spicy. This was a nice heat that you knew was there but didn't overwhelm your tongue. Probably like Sriracha level. I would definitely get this again.
