We sat at the counter so we didn't have to wait at a table. Our waiter Baltazar was very helpful. He was serving the whole area. They were keeping him very busy. The food was good. They had lots of workers keeping this restaurant spotless.

We were seated right away and with a smile. Ordered eggs benedict and was very disappointed. Minimal hollandaise sauce and it separated. Poached eggs were well done. Wonʻt be ordering that again 😟

We had a late dinner around 9 pm. We were hardly acknowledged when we entered. Once seated, it took forever to get our drink order. At that time we wanted to order our meal and the waitress wouldn't take it because she wasn't our server. Once our server came, it took FOREVER to get our order and then it was not correct. Then we asked for refills and that took a long time too. What I think happened is we came at a shift change and our server was late to work. (We saw him enter). Also, the restaurant is way understaffed. While we were there, people left after being seated because no one came up to their table.

This has to be the worst IHOP I have ever been to. The food was terrible especially the dry pancakes. The server had the worst attitude as if we were bothering her. We had to catch her while she ignorded us and we as for more napkins and she came back and put then on the end of the table and kept walking so we had to catch her again and ask for jelly which we never got from her. Terrible food and service

Drove down there and got my food to go when I get back. It's not what I order. I got plain pancakes when well. That's what they gave me. And I didn't order that, and I'm gonna show you on the. Receipt. And they only gave me one syrup. And two butters
Teresa was cleaning the restroom and she let me go she is so nice and let me go Kathy was also letting me go she has good customer service she is soooo kind and Ricardo was such a good cook the bestttt I love this ihop I will definitely be back I definitely recommend u come and eat here there food is fresh fries are the besttt I thank all those 3 again for being so kind !! 🙏🙏❤️❤️
