The boba is great,but it does get crowded other than that I would recommend this place ! 🫶 I would recommend the Strawberry matcha boba

Waited for an hour and a half for my drinks an hour in I asked for an update and they said they were waiting on one more drink after thirty minutes I asked again and they said the same thing I told them they said that 30 mins ago and they brought it out the fridge drinks melted

I really like Boba time the drinks and atmosphere are amazing but there is one cashier whose attitude is always negative sooo bad, She treats customers with rudeness and it makes the experience unpleasant. With staff like this, the place could lose customers. A business grows when people feel welcomed and respected, and the staff’s attitude is a big part of that. I hope this issue is addressed because Bubble Time has so much potential.

Walked in, ordered 2 regular drinks, my number was 371, I was waiting for 12 minutes and realized my number hadn’t been called yet but numbers 372-380 were so I walk up and ask about my order and I was told that it was being worked on at the moment. I sit down and continue waiting while I watch the workers giggle behind the counter. 10 minutes after asking about my drink it finally comes out. 25 minutes to get in and out of there is absolutely absurd. Workers had bad attitudes and seemed like they’re just paid to hangout instead of work. Would not recommend! 0/10

I dont know who the two young girls were today, 11/15 at 6 PM... but it took them like 5 minutes to acknowledge us trying to order.... I asked about a specific drink that I usually ordered and they scoffed and laughed... I wasn't aware Boba Time had different items per location. But seriously I dont know why y'all would hire anyone so careless, rude and more importantly touching their phones while prepping our drinks?? Gross.
