So l ordered a cheeseburger without onions. They made it without tomato. When l told them their mistake, they said, "we can't change it, the burger is already made". I asked them to just put a slice of tomato in the bag, and l would remove the onion myself. They said "but the burger is already made!". I never heard anything like this in my life, so as we hadn't received the food yet, nor had we paid for anything, we just drove off. Again, l have never heard of this type of customer service. I guess you can only "have it your way" at burger king?

The wait time to pay for your food through the drive- thur is 10 to 15mins. You still have to wait another 5 minutes to receive your food. When you get to the window it's still not ready.

I ordered from this Jack in the Box located on the intersection of Rosecrans and Vermont about a month ago, I just forgot to write a review. I ordered 2 Breakfast jack sandwiches, one of the sandwiches egg yolk has turned black, and when I tried it because I did not want to throw it away it tasted very old. I did not want to become sick for consuming an old egg, I end up throwing the whole sandwich in the trash.

I ordered tacos, burgers, and a breakfast platter through the mobile app and had it delivered. I received absolutely no taco sauce in the tacos and no syrup for the breakfast platter. They had SOME sauces as some condiments were added to our burgers (such as good good sauce which would've sufficed given my entirely sauceless tacoes) so it's very clear that they were being stingy with the sauces for one reason or another. Also I ordered here with a similar order previously and they gave us wrong sauces that we didn't ask for at all (two barbeque sauces) no extra taco sauces, no spicy good good sauces, and no ketchup. Sauces are so easy to provide, I don't know why this is an issue. if anyone knows why, please tell me. My assumption is that it has to do with the location being in a dodgy/bad/low income neighborhood, especially locations that accept EBT (no offense to people of these backgrounds, JITB are the one's at fault for not caring!). The very least that should be done is that I receive whatever was listed on the order ticket!
