Horrible horrible experience I asked for an ultimate cheese burger with extra cheese no mustard I got my burger with mustard I told them about it I got it with no mustard but without extra cheese I told them about it again and instead of making it right they just gave me a piece of cheese in a bag and wanted me to put it in my own burger I've been coming here for years but after today never again I asked for the manager they said she wasn't here they refused to give me the managers name completely unacceptable really considering not ever coming to jack in the box ever again

Food was excellent as usual but there was at least a 18 minute wait with only 3 cars in the drive thru. No explanation from staff or an apology. This isn't acceptable or is it?
