Not bad! A little rough around the edges but for the most part never had any issues and get hot food. Only issue is their soda machine isn’t a real freestyle soda. It’s never any real options and I wish we could figure out what drinks they actually have

Maybe I just don't like Jack in the Box burgers I ordered a Jumbo Jack for the first time and couldn't eat it. Nothing wrong with the burger I just don't like it. I typically order the chicken and satisfied with the Chicken. The burger was cheaper so I got that. Sticking with Chicken

Maria R Was Very Rude Bad Customer Service I Asked For 4 butter milks she gave me 2 and threw a bunch of napkins on top of the bag when I said I asked for 4 butter milks she called her manager to the drive thru window just to tell me I have to pay 25 cents. I Said Why didn’t she just say then instead of just handing me the bag with just 2 butter milks instead of having a happy customer the had an upset customer bad customer service. Why hire someone with terrible customer service bad for business Maria R could have just said that as I asked for 4 butter milks instead of seeing if I was going to drive off that’s so ridiculous.

I drove a long distance to come purchase food with my card, after listening to the balance.You know when you call your card and as soon as you check that you have enough, you hang up ? Yea, I did that.I got to the drive through around 9:39pm and was helped by a hispanic woman, after ordering a 2 tacos and French fries. I was informed they recently got new machines.After several attempts through the drive through, the card did not decline, but said unable to process. Unfortunately, I had to pull over and go inside to try again. Now, I only drove this way because I knew I had enough.I felt so unhappy with the two people helping, male hispanic manager and the one who helped over the intercom. It kept saying unable to process and they mentioned having a new machine again. I then, asked them to manually put the numbers in and he looked as if he did not understand what I was asking.I called my card to ensure that I was not in the wrong and I was informed it looked like Jack in the box was only checking my balance, not swiping the card. As I told them, they simply said it was nothing they can do. I expressed it was my only form of payment and that I was hungry and they both lacked empathy at that moment, when their machines were the ones that was down. I was inconvenienced out of gas, left with no food, and also felt a bit of discomfort with race because I did not feel like i was being understood in that moment.I've come here for years, and the most recent time I used the exact card and had no issues. THIS WAS DISSAPOINTING AND UNAPPRECIATED.

I had a grea late night experience via drive thru. The cashier was nice & friendly. My order was correct & the food was great ?
This is a great place to eat . I like the food. And glad Jack knows to give us ? veggies choices hope to see the deli baguette sandwiches or a new thing yogurt with fruit

I was worried that something would go wrong because my boyfriend and I had a problem there twice with using EBT cards 6 months to a year ago. This time we wanted to pay for half with our EBT and half in cash and the guy repeatedly attempted to scan the card. When it didn't work, he saw how sad my bf and I were and he seemed genuinely disappointed for us and apologized. And said it wasn't because of us, and gave us our food anyways. That really made our day because everything can go wrong but that guy restored our faith in humanity. Awesome person, I hope that guy gets a raise :) ? ❤️ ? ???
