Been coming here for a while now in the mornings and almost everytime the cashier named Jesse is there and takes my order, he is amazing , always friendly has a smile and even remembered my usual order . The smoothies he makes are perfectly blended and taste fire ?. This is my preferred store for those reasons alone . Not shure if he is part of management but if he isn’t then I would recommend him to be ?

i ordered two Gotcha Matchas, the taste was nasty. the service was not so good, the cashier did not ask if we wanted the whipped included, I wanted to go to the restroom and they said it was only for the employees; i went to return it, and when i went, they told me "ok, we will give you your money back, just a minute..." and ignore me for a while. it tooked 15 minutes.

The young lady who served me was extremely rude. I ordered an Acai bowl ? without blueberries . When I received my order, it was very short on granola. I showed her the bowl, and I asked if I could have a little more granola. She said it's $1 She gave me the extra granola and walked to the cashier where I was standing with the dollar in my hand and told him to charge me then very sarcastically looked at me and said have a nice day. The manager at that time was interviewing a young lady who had brought her baby to the interview, so he was busy. I actually applaud ? him for interviewing the young lady even though she couldn't find someone to watch her child while she interviewed. This is the only jamba juice in Gardena, and I truly want to go back, however at this time, I will drive to a different location.

This has to be a serious joke not me having to call customer service twice just because this location can't answer there phone after 16 times I've called that's ridiculously and unprofessional other businesses with even one person to maintain can answer the phone eventually I want my money back asap
