The smoothies are absolutely trash. They are not made correctly; they are never blended all the way and they separate extremely fast. It's always such an unenjoyable experience. They do not know how to make smoothies at this location no matter what. I have visited this location on several different occasions and my smoothie is always disgusting. It isn't worth the trouble. Please visit somewhere like Robeks instead. When I order through the app for pick up, my order is never ready on time.

This has to be a serious joke not me having to call customer service twice just because this location can't answer there phone after 16 times I've called that's ridiculously and unprofessional other businesses with even one person to maintain can answer the phone eventually I want my money back asap

Management needs to step up!!! As a former Jamba (2000-2002) employee this store seems to really be struggling. We ordered three smoothies on app. Two were ready on time . But we waited almost 20 minutes to get the last one. They had to make the soy milk ‍. Stock up, prep, and communicate with one another. Low energy, no uniforms (Between 3 employees there), poor food safety and cleanliness awareness. Register worker had no uniform, was scratching his head and face, preparing baked goods with no gloves, hands inside of bags, and not washing his hands. Leads and staff need coaching when guests sit time is too long, store needs attention, and overall supplies and store management.

This place needs to be shut down. It’s not how it used to be there. These workers have no customer service or even look like they want to be there! Go get a office job if you don’t want to work with the public! I worked at this location from 2008-2013, this was not how we did business there back then! It was all about the customer.I don’t expect these workers to bow down to the customers, but a “hello” and “thank you” goes a long way. Pathetic.

I'm too through with Jamba juice. The product is inconsistent. Everytime I order my Apples and Greens 50 percent chance it's going to be missing a item or something just being ALL F×××ed UP.Too done spending my money on a gamble, I go to Vegas for that

Music is very loud making it hard to hear. Most of the cashiers have an attitude and give the look when you want to customize an item. It is generally dirty and water on the floor; who knows why.. I wish there was a Robeks around the area..

SHE SPIT IN MY DRINK !!!!!!They are very rude in does not greet There customers. Those two black woman gave us a hard time....Please avoid this location......This location should be closed down....
