This evening, 4/12/24 at 8 PM, I entered Jersy Mike's and requested a veggie sandwich. In the process of making my sandwich, the worker stopped and took the order of the customer behind me she then gave a co-worker a high five. I asked her to change her gloves, which she did. The worker began making my sandwich in conjunction with the persons in back of me, which was full of various meats I asked the worker kindly, please move my sandwich over before you touch the meat, she did. The worker cut various meats and then attempted to come back to making my veggie sandwich. I asked politely again to please change gloves and noted that she kept touching meat, then coming back to my making my sandwich. The worker said she was just going to finish the person in back of me sandwich first since I kept expecting her to go back and forth. I asked how that was fair when I was here first? If you were on both duties cutting and adding condiments, shouldn't you have just finished mine? On another note, the person in back of me said that she was waiting on her hot sanwhich and wasn't ready to move forward in the line. I turned and left the restaurant. I never had this experience when coming here. The worker was rude and unprofessional.
Online order on Feb 8 for pick up at 4:32. This was our go to location, always order about $50 worth of food, always leave tip. They ALWAYS screw up at least one of 4 sandwiches I order but this time was truly aggravating. How do you forget the bacon on a No. 9?? Also forgot the chopped red pepper relish and honey mustard I requested. The workers either don't care or are illiterate. Never coming back to this location.

This place has gone down. This sandwich was pathetic for $11.15+tax. If you're going to cheap out sandwiches, then just close the business. Total insult to the Jersey Mike's chain. This looks like the beginning of the end for this location.

Well, this time around I went with the large Philly steak with portobello mushrooms. It is incredible. There are other eateries that make sub sandwiches but I prefer Jersey mikes I am going through their menu item by item so far they are all fantastic. I do have two favorites. I know I will keep ordering them but I’d like to get through the menu before I go back to my favorites. I’m sure you will find yours. all you gotta do is it give it a try! Thank you to the team at Jersey Mike’s. You guys are awesome loyal customer.

Love going to this location.. The sandwiches are so fresh and beyond delicious... The manager and workers are always so polite they are on top of every other. I recommend anyone that's wants a delicious fresh sandwiches to come here and try it out.. The costumer service is amazing always so pleasant to come in here and have dinner or lunch!!

Okay, first of all, I only started coming here because my job gave us some lil coupons. I had never been to Jersey Mike’s before then. I had a total of 3 coupons. I kept coming back not only because of that, but because of the STELLAR, TOP-NOTCH customer service, y’all! ?????? Seriously, nothing less than impeccable. The employees here are all just so kind, funny, and welcoming. I really don’t know where management found all of these amazing people, but I commend them for not just hiring anyone. Every time I come in, I feel like I’m greeted by family and it really puts such a smile on my face and sets the tone for the rest of my day (I usually come in during lunchtime around 1ish). These workers are my cousins at this point the way I feel like I’ve known them for so long ? Not to mention, their sandwiches taste FRESH! Idk, it just hits different! My favorites so far are the tuna and club sandwiches; can’t pick between the two. I’ll for sure come back every now and again ☺️

I've been coming to this location for a while , I work about a mile away. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!! The staff is very friendly and attentive ! The whole experience is awesome from the store manager to all the associates ! Great place to come for a fresh tasty sandwich and great customer service that comes with it! Love the Turkey sub and whenever it's a park or beach day, I'll order a few large subs with extra meat and it always hits the spot. If you order online you don't have to wait in the main line. Service for me has always been good. My go to is the turkey sub.

I haven't been in a while and will never go again. The prices have increased almost 20.00 for a sandwich, they has taken to counting their meat slices, more veggies then anything.

I believe her name was Summer, not only the fact she aced remembering my difficult enough sandwich (a 26 with steak and some more) she aced making it (made it almost as good as I do) and dropped a step brothers reference to top it off. Damn good job

Coming from Torrance im passing several closer locations to come to his location specifically. Summer Jen and Kaela really are top notch talent for food service. Good peoples.
