This place is so bad we walked in and they said it was closed on the inside we got into the drive thru and they let people in to order inside my daughter was crying and they only had 3 options to order from I asked the guy at the window what time will they have all the donuts he said not sure in the morning like what time so I can return I mentioned 6-7 he said yeah! Bad customer service all around

Ordered online to pick up, got there about 10 minutes after ready time to give them a little extra since its Christmas Eve and they could be very busy. They were not busy and they has several baking racks filled with every donut on their menu (regular, limited time, and Christmas). My order was not ready, and they didnt put the right donuts in the box. If you are going to buy here check your donuts before you leave.

The restaurant itself is welcoming and conveniently located near many businesses in and around the South Bay (Torrance, for example). I am very much excited to the try the Peanuts-themed 2025 Christmas holiday donuts and purchase at least three (3) boxes of these donuts for the small business I work in Torrance! I would highly recommend it!

Stopped by Krispy Kreme and it was absolutely worth it. We ordered the classic Original Glazed, a custard-filled donut, and a raspberry-filled donut. The Original Glazed was soft, warm, and perfectly sweet. The custard-filled donut was rich and creamy, and the raspberry-filled had a great balance of sweetness and tang. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. Great quality donuts and a satisfying treat—will definitely come back again! 🍩

I just went to Krispy Kreme and was met at the drive-thru with a very long wait — even though there was only one car ahead of us. We sat there for a good 7–8 minutes. To top it off, we were given the wrong doughnuts. We went inside and spoke to a lady wearing a blue shirt who was at the register, and she didn’t seem to care at all about the situation not apologizing for wasting our time. We came for Snoopy doughnuts, but we were treated like damn Charlie Brown — and I didn’t appreciate the service.

Wow just wow. I stopped eating Krispy Kreme doughnuts because they just didn’t taste the same anymore. I decided to stop today since I was in California. I travel a lot from state of state and today I found the original Krispy Kreme. They were big fluffy and super hot and soft filled with that delicious icing. Everything is better in California I swear lmao. Amazing donuts!! Oh and they gave me a free hot donut out the oven which got me into buying a dozen lol

Had the opportunity to come in the krispy Kremes to try the new peanuts and krispy.Kreme collab don't they look delicious, had a great experience with tj and cam, as they allowed us the opportunity to get the donuts that we wanted
I stopped coming to krispy kreme because the seasonal doughnuts were not like used to be with cute designs not even decorated nice like they used to be, they sent me an email with the new peanuts theme which I decided to give another chance and came to get them just to be told that they dont have the snoopy doughnut for the snoopy box!!! and I have to wait 2 hours to be able to get them when the price is already high 26 for a box that doesnt even have the snoopy face its ridiculous to wait 2 hours for a doughnut!

Last night 11/22/2025. I was at Kristy cream donuts with family 9:40pm. I was paying for my chocolate milk, I ask the employee for a cold coffee. She said in a rude way we are not making any drinks because she didn’t want to make a mess again and she have already clean or was about to clean in a rude way I didn’t like her attitude so she best of believe I’m be giving her a little pieces of mind.

I am just writing about the Delivery order but I just Love Krispy Kreme because of their Seasonal and Themed donuts. It is so cute and fun. Best part is that it taste delicious. Also it is on the pricey side BUT it is on the cheaper side of other decorated donuts. No idea what to bring for party and Holiday? Just pick up Krispy Kreme! Love Krispy Kreme!!
