I have been trying to contact La Monarca Bakery regarding an order I placed, but unfortunately, I received someone else's order instead. I have not yet received a response, and I am quite frustrated by the apparent lack of attention to online orders.

I am in the same boat as Jon. Ordered a producted and never received it. Except, in my case, their rep Martha Vasquez doesn't return emails. I see that they also distribute through Amazon. I plan to post a comment their as well.

Do not buy from their website. They will not ship out anything. I received a tracking number but the shipment was cancelled. According to their support rep, Martha Vasquez, they had yet to fulfill my order. I have emailed and emailed and i have not received a response from their support since I requested they cancel my order. I will be performing a charge back as well as contact the BBB and Chamber of Commerce.
