The WORST service ever went in at about 12pm not many people no hostess in the front waited about 10 minutes to be sat down and waited about 10minutes to be asked for atleast a drink when the waitress kept walking around, so we walked out, this happened to me the 1st time visiting this place but we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt & last time our food was cold if they are under staffed I don’t understand why they just don’t close their doors never returning

Mell was are sever, she was amazing. Great customer. Good was great and overall a great choice.

I am sorry but this place is over rated. The complementary conchas were okay. The hot chocolate was way too sweet. I would be open to trying this place again. The staff members are nice and welcoming!

The wait time was perfect. Nora our waitress was really kind & attentive to take the order of our family. Great food for any of you interested is 100/10 really familiar environment.

My server had such a nasty attitude. I asked for coffee and reminded her 20 minutes later. She very confrontationally told me she would get it as soon as she had the time. Meanwhile, people who came in after me got their food before I got my coffee. Then I got my pancakes and she ran away. Then she brought every other part of our breakfast separately. They also had no butter, I had no silverware, no coffee refill. You literally have to ask for everything you need, so annoying! Especially when it only comes out when they feel like bringing it... and you have to deal with their attitude. Everyone else's waiter seemed ok...??‍♀️
