What a 💎 gem. Found this place just passing by. Saved it into my to go too! Here i am!
Did not disappoint food was cooked to order. Owner was here was extremely friendly and had plenty of suggestions. I got the oxygen tails so flavor, .. we also order 3 wing and waffles 🧇 and pancakes, eggs and bacon. I liked that there was options to picked a sides.
This place is difently place i would come back to try everything on the menu.

Some of the best southern food I’ve had. I ordered the catfish and they grilled it for me upon request and it was 10/10. Cooked and seasoned perfectly. I’m not a huge fan of potato salad in general but wanted to try it out, don’t eat enough to give it a rating. Husbands fried catfish was 10/10, collard greens 10/10 (best he’s ever had), rice and beans 10/10. Mac and cheese 4/10 - wasn’t as cheesy as he would have liked and a bit bland to what he’s used to. Staff were friendly. You can tell they cook everything fresh too. Definitely will be coming back to try more dishes.

Nasty! Food taste like it was left in the refrigerator uncovered! If u walk in lunch time and its EMPTY! That says alot! I was extremely disappointed! The food tastes like freezer burn! Mac n cheese...yuck! Got the order wrong! Owner needs to cook food fresh. This is definitely not Soul Food! Oxtails taste like they were frozen and heated up. I hate to give a negative review...The food was NASTY! GREAT SERVICE

Such a great place the people are nice restaurant was clean with a nice calm vibe. I order the ox tails and OoomyGod!!! Flavor all over the plate and plate was big enough for me and my 2 daughters had us in the car with the iodize! Definitely coming back for more.

The turkey burger was breakfast sausage which was unexpected, immediately reminded me of those breakfast corndogs with pancake around frozen breakfast sausage. The garlic fries with it were bland and not really garlic tasting, just a clove cut up on top in various pieces. The mac and cheese and cabbage was pretty good, especially compared to other places, a little bland but good. The eggs were bland, but the bacon and waffles were good. Service was fine.

I've been to this restaurant several times and the food, service, and environment is great. A local restaurant with delicious southern comfort foods. I would recommend to friends and family. Worth a visit.

It was great potatoes done right, there was a hint of deliciousness I couldn't quite figure out, probably couldn't get it off the tip of my tongue because I ate it.
Can't wait to come back for some dinner entrees. Looking forward to the oxtail and short rib
