The worst experience at a McDonald's. I Waited over 15 minutes for a coffee, it didnt have any sugar and it was all creamer. 4 employees came by the front counter didn't greet, didn't even acknowledge, even after I stood there out of patience, frustrated. I will never come back, no wonder they have a 3.9 they should have a 1 . Terrible terrible terrible.

This is the WORST McDonald’s you can go to. IF you happen to find yourself here, do yourself a favor and use the drive thru. Service inside SUCKS SO BAD, I’m standing here and there’s a guy asking for help. Another customer steps in to help him order on the kiosk saying “I don’t work here….then again no one seems too…but I’ll do my best to help you.” DAAAAMN. 😑

Make sure to count your food. They short hand you on chicken nuggets 3/4 pieces 😐 and double hamburger with only one meat. Not only on one hamburger on all three hamburgers 🤨.

The service here is so awful. They will purposely keep you waiting and pretend to be busy in the back. Service is awful

I came in today through the drive-through I told the cashier my code she said my name and then she said “hold on “ ..she took a long time so I pulled forward. She says “hi your name is.(my name)” I say yes, and then this shorter Hispanic lady comes up to the window and says “may I help you”? I replied” I don’t know ? ..here is my code. I just placed my order.” This lady tells me that they do not have the order and had THE NERVE TO SAY I CANCELED IT, I was so in shock and angry, but kept my cool and asked her. Why would she basically say that I’m stealing? I showed her my phone and I told her the order is here. It is not canceled and I pulled out my phone with my bank showing that the payment went through. I asked for the manager because this was taking way too long AND RIDICULOUS, and she said SHE IS the manager!! I was in complete shock.! Again, she told me that I canceled the order. I told her I did not. And she said that she would honor the order this time. She also mentioned that she had no problem with this until right of this moment that I showed upMcDonald’s SHAME ON YOU For having these ignorant people as so-called managers with absolute, no manners, no training. I have the receipt number that this order went through supposedly her name is “ Gloria” She is a short older, Hispanic lady with crunchy yellow hair. I am assuming she’s trying to achieve a blonde hair look. CUSTOMERS BEWARE.. screenshot your app orders and have your bank account ready showing that the payment went through because she will bully you and insult you that you purposely canceled the order to get free food. Absolutely disgusting!

They literally have NO Soap dispensers in the men’s room. That is so disgusting. Imagine how many male employees are not washing their hands. I’m frustrated I can’t wash my hands and I’m a customer. RIDICULOUS!!!

I went thru drive thru and place a order for a hamburger and gave them the code for the second one for 0.29 and they said that they can't apply with my rewards. Manager came to window and was rude her name i think was Sara or Sandra. Unprofessional people

The breakfast burgers made by this shop are often mushy and black.
