These new kiosk made fast food into slow food that's even worse. U go into a restaurant now and all workers keep their baccs to the front. It's always a crowd waiting and today my food was garbage. Old burnt ass fries. Full of salt. Made my burger salty also. Nuggets were regular. Nothing fancy. But wrong sauce. Of course. It defeats the purpose to make your order have options, if they basically do what they want. An absolute zero on service. Same rude folks. No love , no people people. It's like they are never happy. Everybody got an attitude. No one begged you to go to work. Stay under the blanket. Sheeeez

I am extremely disappointed that they forgot my child's happy meal toy, and the fries and food were cold. I don't understand how $50 dollars at a fast food chain costs more and doesn't deliver when you can go out to a restaurant and have a much better meal. I would happily tip and pay for a better service than to be ripped off for chicken nuggets and 39 cent cheeseburgers. Plus, the added cost for sauce when you have 40 piece chicken nuggets. Merry Christmas, they say. It's 💯 horrible.

I’m currently sitting in the drive thru line to pick up a mobile app order. There were 8 cars in front of me when I got in line 30 minutes ago. I’m now in slot 4. What a joke! Now have another 6 in the line behind me. Parking lot is jammed with cars that can’t exit. It is seriously taking 5 minutes for each car to place an order.

I was eating in the lobby, and this customer with long red braids came in asking for a refund on something. The manager names Dorothy was being extremely disrespectful and refused to give her the new receipt. She even took back her food and gave her a whole refund which I thought was so disrespectful. Is that how you people treat customers that ask for a refund??
McDonald's is no good for health I wouldn't recommend it , i only came here to grab a Halloween ? bucket that they are giving out for every kids happy meal !
