Went in on Saturday night a good half hour before them locking the doors. My sister and nieces were already there waiting for us they had started eating before us.
My sister and I made two orders online we were still inside keep in mind the reception wasn’t very well so by the time we ordered on the app it was transitioning to pick up in the front to only Drive thru.
However when we went up to the counter and showed our numbers the Manager ( Mayra) cut my sister off before she can even say what happened and “Yeah because It’s closed only through drive thru “ very rudely and rolling her eyes.
So she walked and then another worker came up and asked what we needed she was much nicer , we explained to her what had happened. The manager with attitude continued with what’s there order number.
One of the male workers started prepping the Happy Meal boxes and the Store Manager rudely walks in front of him and pushes the happy meal boxes with the receipt throwing the boxes out of place.. At this point I felt bad for the worker because he just placed his hands up like oh man my bad, the manager was just so unprofessional.
When she first had came up to us she had a name tag , and when I asked the second female worker if that was the manager she said yes and I asked for her name she then walked away and told her they want to speak with you she walks up all aggressively keep in mind at this point even with her behavior we still didn’t give her attitude or never raised our voices. My other sister had placed an order also which we were trying to let her no she denied to give it to her , we didn’t even mind if we had to wait a bit longer , but she rudely again said “ oh no that’s it”. With her attitude and customer service I was just so unhappy that I just told her okay no worries thank you , May I get your name “ she said “ Mayra I looked at her shirt she had no name tag at this point now I asked you don’t have a name tag ?
She’s like “ it’s Mayra” okay … We left and just got in the car in and had to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru .
The worst customer service and from a MANAGER it was disappointing. You’d expect that she’d be a good example to her team.

I basically only come here for fries. It started out REALLY GOOD because they were usually screaming hot. However, the last two times I went, one time they were actually so stale I couldn't even choke them down, and this last time they were stone cold. Which means they had been sitting around most of the morning. For almost ten bucks for a large and a small, it's just not worth it anymore to be more miss rather than hit.

Nice and peaceful visit. Can't complain. I didn't eat but my daughter wanted chicken nuggets so we went so she could get a happy meal.

Kid-friendliness: No playground unfortunately. I miss those days.

Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of handicap parking and accessibility.

5 stars for the hardworking 3 or 4 people in the back. This McDonald's is located near a major freeway exit and is always busy, always has a "hiring" sign up, but is always severely understaffed. The workers were doing their best on a busy Saturday morning with a line stretching out to the door -- the wait was 20 minutes for a hotcakes and sausage with orange juice, with a sign next to the food pickup area stating that more than one sauce for nuggets would cost extra.

This location is owned and operated by Ti Chang, who needs to step it up with ownership, operations, and management by hiring more people and properly staffing the restaurant. McDonald's is a well known name, known brand, and the profit margins can afford the hiring of 3 more people at least. The ownership, and possibly management, is poorly run. Kudos to the staff for doing their best!

I was debating whether or not to write this review, but I feel like it would be best to share my experience. As far as food service I have only been at this location twice. Both times, the service and food were good. This particular time I visited was for an In Person Interview 9/3 @ 11a. I got there on time and let the cashier know I was there for an interview. She stated she would let the manager know. I stood around for sometime and then sat down because no one came out right away. After about 15 minutes, the young lady came back to me to let me know that they were not having interviews today. I let her know that I have emails and texts confirming this interview. She went back and I sat there for 10 more minutes. Finally a lady came out and asked me to write my name and number down. Then a manager by the name of Mr.David (who by the way was pleasant) sat down with me and asked if I was still interested. I replied Yes, he let me know the Hiring Manager was not in today and he would give her my information. He also asked of my experience, my availability etc...He assured me that the hiring manager would reach out to me. I waited a week and didn't hear anything from anyone, so I called to follow up. They said to wait for the Hiring Manager who was not in the office to call me back. Today I am still waiting for the Hiring Managet to contact me. If the establishment was hiring like they stated, why haven't I heard anything back? I believe this establishment has some discrimination because there is no way you are hiring and I was a willing potential employee and no one reached back out to me! If you are not a particular skin tone I don't believe they will hire you. Just FYI for anyone attempting to get a job here.

Drive thru, steak bagel. Had to wait in the wait area for almost 10 min, just about parked and walk in. Got a bacon bagel, not steak, and the bagel was so stale it disintegrated as I ate it. Never going back. Quality terrible.
