This mcdonalds takes too long waited 20 minutes for a breakfast order inside and the kiosk never gives out receipts

Recently moved to the area and pulled up to the drive late night. Unaware, i waited over 15 mins only to look up online that drive thru was not 24 hours, employees could close up the drive thru to make it obvious or come on the speaker to let me know. No anticipation of service

Everytime I come here I leave unsatisfied. They never have anything, no sauces, no straws, no coffee, etc. Some of the ladies in the drive thru are rather rude. Today I received my order and the lady handed me my bag and my drink, the drink was an extra small happy meal drink, for my adult meal. She closed the window on me but I did not go back in due to how they act when they mistake your order, and it was raining rather hard. The food is usually cold as well.

A young Hispanic female served me at the drive-through, my order was incomplete as I told her she became irate as she took the order back, she yelled at me twice to go to parking space seven I told her if it’s gonna be delayed and I have some hot fries, she snatched the bag from me and yelled at me to go to parking space seven. I went inside the store to speak to a manager, Raymond Castillo. He became irate disrespectful. I asked for a refund. He told me he’ll get my money back. My money is not good there I will not go back to this place again also as I was speaking to the manager Arceli , Raymond continue to yell at me. From across the room, a manager job is to diffuse the situation, not too pour gas on it, And then everyone started to speak Spanish unknown to them I understand Spanish, which I told them in Spanish. I don’t know what they were on. I felt some type of racist situation.

Once again I’m back this locations is run so badly staff is rude, drive thru is always backed up they always forget food always have to double check orders food is missing or they don’t give you bbq and have a bad attitude when you ask for 1 sauce that was already supposed to be in the order
