This Mc Donald’s doesn’t take orders inside . You have to place your order in the kiosk. My issue is if you don’t know how to use the kiosk there is absolutely no help. The workers Don’t bother to greet and ask if you need assistance to place your order at the kiosk. Ive seen elderly ppl who struggle to use this kiosk and there is no employee in sight to offer help. Its unprofessional. Even if short staffed they should still greet and ask if anyone needs assistance to place their order. Definitely should be worked on.

I was here yesterday around 9:30pm, the girl who took my order in the drive thru had a dirty attitude and still made a pause meanwhile I was ordering. It seems to me like she’s not happy with her job. I ordered a McDouble plain with added Mac sauce and the cook made the burger very disgusting with pickles mustard ketchup and very to little Mac sauce they charge 10 cents extra for Mac sauce and still can’t get it right. The same girl who took my order packed the food inside the box and all my fries were outside it’s baggie. It’s as if she’s packing the food like if it was given for free. Just horrible service, there was a young man who handed me my food after and my drinks who was at the window and he was very nice and respectful employee thankful for his service. The manager in charge here has to select better employees in the gender of women to be more specific because some of these girls go to work with nasty attitudes, irritated, and with a mood of not wanting to work or do their job correctly. The Cook’s as well should be aware of what’s on their computer and how it’s written down. Unfortunately this is what happens when you get food from a fast food restaurant. It’s why I always make homemade foods but I was in a rush and didn’t make dinner. Oh well . Wont be coming back .

I ordered a simple chicken nugget kids meal. I got the happy meal box with fries only. I ordered ONE meal and they couldn't get that right. I then called the manager and asked for her name and she hung up on me. I called back and there was no answer. What else can be done about this complaint, if the manager herself is not helpful?? this happened on 6/5/24 at 3:30pm.
