Fast and friendly service. I forgot the cashier's name but he was very helpful and fast. He actually acknowledged customers, which is a plus for me. I have been to other McDonald's and I have seen managers literally just chit chatting with each other and completely signing the line of customers waiting to get served. Their cashiers have more courtesy than they do.

I’m a regular McDonald’s customer and have visited this store around 4-5 times. The food is always good, and I appreciate the convenience of online orders and the drive-thru. However, I’ve noticed that the staff are usually very busy, which is understandable. But even when waiting at the counter to order, they don’t acknowledge customers unless we say ‘hello’ or ‘excuse me’ first. The same thing happened this morning. Just wanted to mention this as a small observation—everything else is fine!

Short on staff. I visited around 3:00 PM and it wasn't crowded I still waited just to give my order for like 10 minutes because one guy was doing multiple jobs at once.

Parked for curbside pick up order, I have been waiting for almost 20 minutes now and various cars that came after me in drive-thru have already ordered and left. Whats the point of curbside if I still have to walk inside to pick up my order. And to think they want to be getting paid more than $20.

I'm going to take away the 5 stars because they always have the problem of not putting something that you order, you trust them that everything goes in the bag but no, they are missing something. They aren't even busy and they don't double check orders either. One does not have time to go back and make complaints. It happened to me in the city of Monte and now here in Gardena. Pay more attention because it's your job and you have to please your customers, that's what a business is all about. Order #949 missing 1 McChicken ❌
