There is one person who I suppose is a manager who shouts and shouts at the employees and listens to the lobby, I find it very unpleasant to be eating and who heard that outside, unprofessionalism.. is a woman because of the tone of voice, this is happening at approximately 3:50 pm. I hope this can be improved, as I like to come to this establishment and if I eat.

I want to be clear I do not expect 5 Star food at fast food places, but if I'm spending $45 for 2 Big Mac meals and a 10pc it needs to be HOT!! I limit fast food for my family because it's so unhealthy. But when I saw the Grinch boxes I just had to try them. Getting fries and nuggets that were lukewarm alongside with Big Macs that were mostly full of bread and the thin barely warm crap they call meat is ridiculous. I didn't realize I had no straws napkins or any other condiments besides the ONE barbecue sauce they give you till I got home. All this did was just remind me why I don't eat at McDonald's Anymore!

Fast and friendly service. I forgot the cashier's name but he was very helpful and fast. He actually acknowledged customers, which is a plus for me. I have been to other McDonald's and I have seen managers literally just chit chatting with each other and completely signing the line of customers waiting to get served. Their cashiers have more courtesy than they do.

I’m a regular McDonald’s customer and have visited this store around 4-5 times. The food is always good, and I appreciate the convenience of online orders and the drive-thru. However, I’ve noticed that the staff are usually very busy, which is understandable. But even when waiting at the counter to order, they don’t acknowledge customers unless we say ‘hello’ or ‘excuse me’ first. The same thing happened this morning. Just wanted to mention this as a small observation—everything else is fine!

Short on staff. I visited around 3:00 PM and it wasn't crowded I still waited just to give my order for like 10 minutes because one guy was doing multiple jobs at once.
