I finally got a chance to try Mr Fries Man while here in LA and got to meet Craig, I got the buffalo chicken with bacon and it was amazing! So much flavour, thank you Mr Fries Man I will be back!

Kind of expensive for loaded fries, but they're delicious and worth it.
I don't know about the food because I couldn't get past the bad customer service at the counter no greeting no eye contact didn't answer my questions well then I asked why she had an attitude she said she didn't I asked why you not listenin' then she said who are you I said the customer, no matter of fact I'm not run me my money back and left and will never go back to that one on Western

It is a lot of food. I wasn't ready. I didn't think fries with special toppings and sauces could fill you up. I even got the Jr. size. I have enough leftovers for a full meal. I got the steak and shrimp honey garlic fries. Shrimp was salty, and I could tell steak is a less expensive cut of meat. The chef was thorough at tenderizing it, but I believe Wagyu, Kobe, Rib eye, and Porterhouse would work better. My personal preference. They were having a 1 dollar wing special so I grabbed a 10 piece of parmesean garlic lemon pepper. I didnt really taste lemon pepper or the garlic. Chicken wings were perfectly cooked. I will try more flavors. Sauces like the barbeque and Jalapeño ranch are exceptional. My total was close to 80 and I think that was too high but my son also got Jr fries and the 10 dollar 10 piece so maybe they are just high prices. I am going back to try other flavors.

My experience was poor at your establishment. I encountered a series of issues that significantly impacted my visit.
Firstly, the service was extremely slow, and I had to wait an unreasonably long time for my food. When I inquired about the status of my order, the cashier responded to my question with noticeable attitude, despite the fact that I had remained polite throughout the interaction. This was very disappointing.
Furthermore, when my food was ready, the cashier did not offer me any sauces. I couldn’t help but notice that the customer before me was asked if they wanted any additional sauces at no extra charge. However, when I requested sauces, I was charged for them, and the cashier then shared a smirk with a co-worker, seemingly taking pride in this charge. This felt unprofessional and unfair.
Additionally, I had ordered my wings extra wet, but it was clear that they were not prepared as requested. It’s clear that the cashiers need better training on providing basic customer service, as well as how to treat all customers fairly and respectfully.
