If I can give zero stars, I would. Yesterday, my wife had the shrimp roll and spicy ramen with a coke. She's had shrimp and all other sea foods all her life with no issues. Later after eating this, she started to feel sick from her stomach with nausea, cramps and later, extreme vomiting all night. We came down to the conclusion that she had gotten food poisoning. She hadn't ate or drank anything else prior or after eating this. Whatever the condition of the ingredients were that were used for the food or state of sanitation the kitchen was at the moment, better get reviewed and corrected so no body else goes through this. Not coming back.

Great lunch place at a great price! It's located right across from El Camino College. The portions are reasonable for the price they charge. You won't walk away feeling hungry still.

This is probably the most popular place to get your lunch at from students and faculty at El Camino College. Every meeting I'm at around lunch time I see someone eating from Mr. H. I really love their spamasubi and their miso soup. It reminds me of my high school days when people would sell spamasubi from their backpacks. The place has a few tables and chairs to sit on if you are looking to dine in or wait for your food. Cool thing about their service too is they have a buzzer for when your food is ready. Sometimes it takes a little long to get the food to come out but it's always hot and ready to eat when they do.

Starting this review while still waiting for food. It is super busy but the guy at the counter at least let's you know that your food will take about 15 minutes. Well our food was ready like in 12 minutes. This place is really busy but they are very efficient. The guy handles orders, grub hub, and takeouts. He also packs most of the orders. There is a nice Korean lady in the back that sometimes brings the orders out. I say Korean because she must be the master chef making all these awesome Korean dishes. I see one more Hispanic lady helping out on the back. The food was amazing and the prices are unbelievably affordable. Actually, it is a steal. The hours are Monday through Friday from 10:30 am to 4 pm. They definitely have the support of the students from El Camino college which is right across the street. This is a must try. It has become my go to for Korean food of this type. Bibimbap is off the charts delicious. The Kimbap is better than any Korean market in town. All ingredients are super fresh. The gochijian is doctored up to taste amazing.Jal meokget seumnida

such a great little lunch spot! variety of foods. I was too excited to eat and forgot to take a picture of just how beautiful each bowl/plate is. The presentation is beautiful with the fresh ingredients and great portions. Everything tastes amazing too. Service is great and fast as well! I saw the young man working and going out of his way for each customer. Wonderful spot for quick, fresh, hearty tasting Asian food!

I've been coming here almost nonstop since 2018, yes even during 2020. The food is just THAT good and the price is so inexpensive for the taste that you get. I can write a whole essay on this place if I wanted to. But all I need to say is you need to run not walk here, you won't regret it especially considering the price is not only favorable to the students across the street but also for everyone that wants a delicious filling meal that wont break the bank.

THE BEST BIBIMBAP! I come here often just for their bibimbap. I usually order the beef, but you also have a choice of chicken or tofu, or you could order it plain with no extra charge. The bibimbap here is always very fresh and delicious with a generous assortment of lightly sautéed colorful vegetables (e.g., julienned zucchini, carrots, spinach, wood ear mushrooms etc.) each vegetable individually arranged artistically around a mound of steamed rice topped with a fried egg and shredded seaweed and served with a sweet and spicy kochujang sauce on the side. I am definitely looking forward to trying their other dishes, but at this moment I am so much in love with their bibimbap. I could eat their bibimbap everyday! I would definitely recommend Mr. H's to everyone who is a fan of bibimbap like I am.The restaurant is located in a small space located near El Camino College. There are a few tables inside for dine-in, but I see most people ordering for takeout. Service is fast and friendly, portions are generous and prices are reasonable.
