I was told by the employees that all conchas were stuff with the fillings of the description tittle I got home after driving two hours just to find out non of the concha’s had fillings inside complete waste of time and money. It’s all hyped thru instagram not worth it. I don’t want your AI written apology or your “give us another try” what I would like is a refund instead! Bad business and employees lack knowledge and will simply lie to you because they don’t know best. I tried to reach out thru instagram and just got ignored!!!!

When i came here to buy some sweet bread i saw that they don’t clean the blenders and they just add water and i saw the sponge they had in the sink it was like all brown and it looked like they didn’t even change it. Also the customer service was ok and the employees didnt look like they wanted to be there.

It’s all about the hype, the cakes aren’t that good, we bought a tres leches and it was sooo dry and crumbly, and the day before I had bought a slice of chocolate Dubai and it was dry as well and the little flakes where like days old so soggy.

Very cute spot ! Staff is very friendly and bilingual! Nothing like a freshly made concha , even the next day I warmed them up & it’s the softest and more flavorful concha I’ve ever had . All the dough seems to have cinnamon in it which adds such a yummy touch. I will definitely be coming back. Everything is so cute ; definitely a nice place to give sweets as a gift with their cute boxes.

I ordered a slice of Dubai chocolate cake and a slice of carrot cake with a 16 oz, Dulce de leche, ice coffee; it was delicious. As far as the cakes, the carrot cake was good, but in my opinion, the cake sponge was dry. ( but in their defense, I didn't ask for a moist spoge) The Dubai chocolate was missing more chocolate. I will try other flavors in the future.

No greeting, over priced, staff was rude, there was two girls working at the time but the way they behaved seemed as if they were upset at each other, not sure if that was the reason for their rudeness. They also had us waiting for more then 45 minutes for one drink and a concha preparada, which they mistakenly gave to the wrong customers leading to one of the girls becoming upset at having to re-make the drink. And to top it off it wasn’t even that good, the concha BARLEY had any ice cream and the concha was dry. Also there is no tables despite having plenty of room for a seating area. Over-priced, over-hyped, don’t waste your time.

I’m very disappointed with the size of the mini concha’s did not expect to spend $41 on Apple Watch size concha’s, I’ve gone to loaded cafe many times when they have promoted mini concha’s and they were not as small as these are. I ordered a day in advance was happy and eager to walk out with my concha’s but, upon inspection of the box I couldn’t help but laugh and be very disappointed. First and last time I order these minis, way over priced for the sad size they are.
