I ordered a thres leches cake and the cake was frozen. Because it was frozen, it was super dry and inedible. I would definitely not recommend this place. Just go to your local bakery. Such a huge disappointment for a $40 cake.

I was told by the employees that all conchas were stuff with the fillings of the description tittle I got home after driving two hours just to find out non of the concha’s had fillings inside complete waste of time and money. It’s all hyped thru instagram not worth it. I don’t want your AI written apology or your “give us another try” what I would like is a refund instead! Bad business and employees lack knowledge and will simply lie to you because they don’t know best. I tried to reach out thru instagram and just got ignored!!!!

When i came here to buy some sweet bread i saw that they don’t clean the blenders and they just add water and i saw the sponge they had in the sink it was like all brown and it looked like they didn’t even change it. Also the customer service was ok and the employees didnt look like they wanted to be there.
