Amazing food with the most generous portions. We got Dan Dan noodles, tomato soup noodles, dumplings, custard buns and garlic ribs. So far every dish has not disappointed and impressed us deeply. This is rare as most places don’t do all dishes so good. 😊 Very authentic Taiwanese/Chinese cuisine.

this place lost a custome. use to like coming here and eat. they have decent good food, but today the waitress/attendant decided to demand a tip from me and had the oddasity to tell me to get my food to go next time if no tip. let's get shit straight TIPing is optional and I let her know that. and I do tip when I FEEL Like it.

Waiting for 25 minutes, waitress never came to take my order or even provide water. Mysteriously, parties that looked different than me were served, despite coming in much after I did.

Parking is a nightmare but the food is pretty good!
You got to be careful in the parking lot with all the chaotic drivers. The only reason we haven't had a car accident yet is because my brother is so vigilant.
I recommend their Taiwanese beef rolls and string beans!

If you want authentic northern Chinese food this is a great option. The dishes are all very delicious 😋
The staff is friendly and helpful.
I personally highly recommend trying the cold dishes at the front. The Xiao long bao soup dumplings are super juicy.

Disappointing experience on a cold night
We came in specifically looking for something warm and comforting since it was freezing outside. Unfortunately, almost nothing delivered.
The soup was the one bright spot – it was actually hot. Everything else felt like it had been sitting under a heat lamp (or worse). The orange chicken was hot only on the outside and lukewarm/cold in the middle, exactly like when you microwave leftovers unevenly. The chow mein and fried rice had the same problem – barely warm and completely bland. The fried rice in particular had almost no flavor at all; it tasted like plain steamed rice that someone forgot to season.
The shrimp in our shrimp dish arrived noticeably cold in the center. When we pointed it out, the server blamed the air conditioning, turned it off, and walked away – no apology, no offer to remake it, nothing.
Speaking of service, there were only two servers for the entire restaurant on what seemed like a busy night. Multiple tables (including ours) were constantly looking around trying to flag someone down for refills, boxes, the check, etc. It felt understaffed and chaotic.
Overall, really let down. We won’t be returning.

Restaurantji Recommends
The noodles were pretty good, but the service wasn’t very enthusiastic. I don’t blame the staff though, there were just too many customers, and they couldn’t keep up.

One of my favorites places when we don’t know what to eat. First time we ate here was probably because another restaurant had a long wait and we randomly tried it out.
Parking can be difficult in this old plaza depending on the hours. Seating usually doesn’t take too long.
One of the best things about this places is the noodles. House made, can be adjusted to your liking. They’re perfectly chewy and have a nice texture to them.
When I first visited, one of my favorites places dishes here was the kung pao chicken. It used to be very unique, fried super crispy before mixed with the carrot, peanuts, peppers, and other bits. On our recent trip, it’s seems like they completely changed the recipe, it’s on the sweet side, no carrots or other veggies and peanuts were just added on top. I lost one of my favorite dish here, would never order the current kung pao chicken again.
Not pictured or ordered since it was a hot day, but one of my favorites is their beef noodle sou. It’s a great comfort dish with excellent flavor and good portions of meat and veggies
All of their dry noodles or cold noodles are delicious as well.
One of their house specialty entrees I really enjoyed and will order again is the spicy spare ribs. Super crispy, good spices. Might be a bit on the oily side, but it’s delicious.
XLB are good, not the best but perfectly fine. Juicy and good flavor.
Cold cuts are good as an appetizer, you can choose however many you want and portions are good.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. I would say they get swamped a bit during busy hours as they handle tables and also take out orders.

Offered dan dan noodles to eat on my lunch and the were cold, I couldn’t eat them, I had to throw them away. My lunch was ruined. I’ve never had cold dan dan noodles in my life and I’ve tried a lot.
