I go there quite often and I LOVE their drinks and the rewards program. the only reason why I’m giving food 4 stars in stead of 5 is because they sometimes give me the wrong orders.

Fresh boba. Lots of great options to personalize your order. Ordering was efficient and accurate because of the self order app in the store. Only one size but it wasn't too big or too small, it was just right!

We were leaving a friends house and decided to stop by and pick up a drink for the ride home. I looked it up and it said they would be open. Once we got there there was a sign on the door saying they were delaying their open time and would open 30 minutes later. We decided to wait since we weren't in a big rush. In those 30 minutes, about 6 different cars came and left because they didn't want to wait. I took that as a good sign since plenty of customers were stopping by? There was a big parking lot with plenty of free parking. Located next to a billiards place near the end of the plaza. They finally opened and we went in. It took them a while to acknowledge us and seemed like they were still working on setting up. They have a kiosk where you can order, but right as we were about to do that they finally helped us at the counter. We ordered a Mango Stormy and a Cookies and Cream (I forgot the menu name) Stormy with boba. While we waited for our drinks, I used the restroom which was hard to get to because of all the boxes/chairs. It seems like they use the back area of the place as storage and the bathroom is all the way in the back. The restroom was not the cleanest and between that and the forced service, I was already feeling hesitant about the drinks. They have some tables inside for customers but not a lot and probably best for small groups (2-3ppl). The drinks didn't take long to make, and we started our way back home. The drinks were ok. They were a pretty big size. They were definitely on the sweeter side. Really icy. The boba was ok, I wish it could've been a little bit chewier. Both my partner and I only got about half way through our drinks before we gave up. I don't know the area that well but I've heard Gardena has a lot of really good milk tea/boba options but I wouldn't keep this one in rotation. Looking forward to trying out other spots in the area.

This place never disappoints. I usually get the Hawaiian Fruit Green Tea. They are very generous with the portion especially the fruits. I usually order through DoorDash, but I've been coming in lately and customer service is always amazing. The service is quick as well. They do have a couple of kiosks to order from which is very user friendly.I wish this place was closer, I'd be coming in everyday!!1000/10 Recommend!

Lots of parking, you have to order for yourself and have the audacity to ask for a tip. The Jasmine milk tea and peach milk tea both tasted artificial and watered down. They didn't even call my name for pickup, drinks were sitting there for a long time. Not coming back.

Hawaiian Fruit Green Tea!!!!!! So refreshing all the hints of earth in this large suoer cute cup. All the fruit floating around and that lemon drop at the bottom got me..... Definitely a hitter.
After lunch with my two sister in laws, we had Boba drinks for dessert. We order 4 drink 2 taro and 2 brown sugar milk tea all with bobas. It tastes okay service okay. Everything was just okay. Just as expected

This place is awesome! Great selection of teas. Personally got a watermelon slush. Picked 70% sugar and with boba, it was awesome. You can order from the register or on the self-service tablet. Employees are super friendly, and there’s a tiny bit of seating. Small place but the drinks and friendliness make up for it. Definitely recommend!
