The food is delicious but they have gotten my order wrong too many times. Sometimes soup is labeled wrong and I get different soup than what I ordered (drive thru). This time my add ons were missing ( online order). Maybe Im paranoid but feel they do this to get better tips. I tried stopping to check order before i left but i would beed to carefully tear all bags and verify. Coming out of long day of work, I just want to go home and thats when I notice issues.

Best and only drive thru ramen and yakitori. The food is made fresh while you wait and is so good. There are lots of options for ramen plus rice bowls. Got the hakata ramen, broth was not the great and was rather sweet. The noodles were of poor quality. The pork cutlet katsu was also below average. They give you such a small portion of pork but an excessive amount of rice and curry. Terrible proportions and the pork had no flavor. I would not be surprised if the pork was frozen. I am never eating here again. I should have learned after getting food poisoning the first time I went to this chain.

The restaurant has a more casual to go style compared to their main chain and the quality of the food isn't as good but still nice. You would order at the kiosks and pick your food when it's ready.Only wished the food portion sizes were larger. It's expensive for how much you would get for a fast casual restaurant.
Staff doesn't care that you're standing waiting (six minutes) for somebody to give me my pickup order. I can see it on the rack. If I was the guy by the grill, I would ask if I needed help. Evidently, the staff is not required to help, other than doing their job. Good thing the food is good. I'm going elsewhere though. Zannen...I can't believe I gave them a tip while checking out....

Too often the fried rice is sold out when it’s at middle of lunch or dinner time…I wish they would keep a “data” on how many customers they tell FRice is out and use that data to prepare FRice availability more

Don't order through Yelp. The prices are different than the actual prices. They also don't take phone orders so better to just go to the store to order. The yakitoris are freshly made upon ordering, unless they already have them available (which is not that often).

It's great. It's not a 5 star experience by my books, but It's certainly great and hits the spot everytime. I just wish it was cheaper to get add-ons with my meal, but it's not a big deal anyway. Definitely try it for yourself!

So lets not gaslight this place people. This is good food/Fast Food spot. Their Ramen & Yakitori standalone places are still open down the street. The food is a 3, the convenience of this location existing is a solid 5 hahaNo the Ramen does not get the fresh/care that you would expect from the Ramen only place. Same goes for the Yakitori. The times i've stopped by for quick work-lunch, yakitori was already cooked. Again, good, not fresh hence "2GO". If I have time to do the sit down resto I will definitely go their Ramen only/Yakitori only place. For a quick bite to eat, definitely worth it.
