Food and service was amazing. Atmosphere rating doesn’t mean much as it’s a takeout spot. The fried cornbread balls were crispy and soft on inside. Brisket was tender and juicy. Loved the beans and potato salad. Drove up from San Diego and took a gamble on this spot and it was well worth it. No pics to add as we tore into it immediately. Also, for $40 it was a great deal.

Jonny's delivered on every front! We got the The Works: brisket, chicken, ribs and hot link.Meat was tender and flavor packed. Both regular and spicy sauce was a hit. For sides: beans with chunks of brisket, mac & cheese and the owner threw in the greens! We were pleasantly surprised with the amount of food for the value, the flavor and the owners passion to deliver the best is why you need Jonny's in your life. Small unassuming location delivers big on taste.

I would give it a zero if I could. I can't tell you how the food tasted, I can only tell you when we walked in 2 people were the place is small, dark, and cluttered. The guy behind the service desk didn't give eye contact, mumbled something and he walked away. So, we turn around and walked right back out. I would have been a fool to patronize this restaurant. If you can't acknowledge me then you don't want my business, that's the way I look at it.

This place is LEGIT. The brisket (especially the moist side) is as good as some I've had in Texas. Potato salad had just the right balance of sweetness, the collard greens are nice and balanced with generous chunks of meat. I didn't get to try the cornbread because they sold out, but I'm definitely gonna try to get some next time.
If you're craving bbq, don't waste your time going to one of the chain restaurants in the area. You'll just be disappointed. This is the real deal. Great smoke flavor, good quality meat. It hits the spot.

Super friendly owner that delivers the best BBQ in town. The prices are fair and the portions are perfect. If you want to sample a little of everything I recommend getting The Works combo. The sides are separate but the BBQ beans are highly encouraged. Two types of BBQ sauce are offered, regular and spicy. If you're a lightweight get the regular because the spicy had a good kick! If you're looking for great BBQ be sure to stop by and visit.

Food is good here. I've ordered BBQ here a couple of times for company luncheons and taken my family here on separate occasions to get some BBQ. I love the fried corn bread, the ribs are delicious and the sandwiches are yummy with the spicy BBQ sauce they offer. It's not really a sit down spot but the owner is cool, conversates with you and is a people person. This is spot better than some joints I've tried in Conpton.
