BYUNG SOHN

Old school Korean restaurant. Feels very throw back and nostalgic. Tiny space but almost homey. Food is great!

Best Korean restaurant in Gardena!!

Amazing little Korean mom and pop shop in Gardena. The whole restaurant has maybe 4 tables, and when we got there for an early-ish lunch on Saturday, there were no other patrons. The auntie and uncle were very kind and brought us tea and banchan quickly, but the star of the show was the food. Delicious soup that came out quickly along with rice (choice of white or brown) and banchan. Portion sizes are huge!! Definitely get your money's worth here. The parking lot is pretty small and shared with a couple other restaurants. Heads up, the restaurant storefront signage is in Korean only. Will definitely be back to try some other soups!

A cozy, hole-in-the-wall establishment offering authentic, homemade tasting dishes are unbelievable. Although I've seen the sign many times driving by, I never thought of stopping in to dine. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and will definitely return!

Very small mom and pop restaurant. Most dishes taste homemade and are delicious. The goat stew, soondae soup, gamjatang, and clam noodles were all good.

Small mom-and-pop Korean restaurant. Limited seating area.I ordered Gamjatang- Pork Neck Bones and Potato Stew. The broth was very weak, not as rich as I would like. Very generous portion, very meaty but it was bland. It tasted like the bones and meat were not fresh, tasted old, and maybe frozen for a while. The banchans were not as tasty as I would like. The old lady in the kitchen was nice, but one of the staff was too busy watching Korean drama.

Absolutely delicious! I and my husband randomly found this place on Yelp and decided to give it a try. We were welcomed by a gentleman and instantly made us feel like home. The soup was soooo good and we kept telling ourselves to come back to try other items here while eating.
