Worst disorganized location I had gone to. Placed an order thru the app with 20 minutes to spare. They didn’t even have mine ready within 20 minutes. Only catered to drive thru orders and people who went to the counter completely ignoring mobile orders. Had to go to the front counter for a refund!

Good location and nice staffs. BUT coffee tastes medicor or bad. Couple different starbuck locations near this place provide better taste drink. Gardena TARGET STARBUCKS gives always the best taste coffee.

They didn't have the drink I asked for, so they substitute a tea to make it similar.
I was not told it would have been extra(considering that it's being substitute because they didn't have what I asked for) I just would have liked to be told it would have been extra instead of being surprised when I was paying.
It feels like theft.
I've never had this experience with another starbucks. Who knows how else they are upcharging customers.
For all I know, they could have lied about the tea not being available.
Update: I just read the reviews. This location is a joke. I wish I could have read the reviews beforehand.
They really was helpful when I had to speak to them instead of an app order. It's much harder to requet all these little things when I can't use the app and they were so nice about it ! Thanks so much love this location in a good plaza

Ordered a cappuccino, had to ask them to remake the cappuccino as attempt #1 was well below average, and the second attempt was the same. Realised that I already wasted my time in asking for a second one. No care given, coffee is burnt, milk for a cappuccino is underwhelming, definitely a burn and churn customer.

The manager sucks!! She's unprofessional discussing employees schedules very loudly from the floor, engaging in personal conversations with her employees that should done on their own time. I also asked to use the restroom, I took maybe 3 mins max and before I could finish She's banging on the door telling me I need to come out because there's a line...you can't rush me using the restroom! Instead of managing my restroom use you should manage yourself and employees better.

Cashier working on 08/22/20024 Thursday at 11:20 am in drive thru needs to actually HEAR AND WRITE DOWN CUSTOMERS ORDERS CORRECTLY ?? awful service, she not only did she mess up my order but she added lemonade instead of water and I asked for light ice and didn’t even give me ice “it melted” she proceeded to say plus she didn’t even add the sweet form we asked for !!! Get her out of drive thru if she can’t take orders correctly ?????? hoping for a refund on that drink - auth code 231111
