Usually pretty good and my expresso is made well but came in at 1015 and it took about 20 minutes just for the lady to input my and another 10 minutes for the order to come out. She may need more training but no one really has time to wait like that for a coffee..

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks drive-thru for years, and it’s always been wonderful. The staff are consistently friendly, polite, and fast, and they always get my order right. My favorites are the matcha latte, warmed croissant, strawberry açaí refresher, and strawberry frappuccino and they always come out perfect.
One time I even walked here with my puppy, and the baristas were so kind and generous they brought him a cup of water. That little gesture says everything about how thoughtful and welcoming this team is. Even when the line is long, it moves quickly, and the service never feels rushed.
This location has been my go-to for years, and I couldn’t recommend it more

To say thank you to this gal, is such an understatement for this specific employee.. Her name is Alexandra, and she never fails me with her amazing energy in the morning. Top tier customer service (Drive through ) I have been a customer at this specific Starbucks for over six+ years. There are plenty of moody employees there in the morning especially the ones at 6am shift and it makes me dread going However, a girl needs her coffee. But Alexandra, I honestly wish they all had her enthusiasm and energy. P.S I repeat that 6am shift though.. ugh! Anywho, Please give that girl a raise she deserves it!!!
