I've discovered that Starbucks from coast to coast are very consistent. Good and clean with smiling
Ordered a venti coffee and this is how they gave it to me almost half way full for a venti. Horrible service, waited about 15min for a reg coffee and a Spinach Feta wrap given cold.

They should shut this starbucks down. They reallly dont care about online/walk up orders. Read other reviews. Staffs all jerks for intentionally doing this. Drive thru takes forever also and the drinks were weak. They intentionally make them poor/wrong if its drive thru because they know you aint coming back and if you do they take forever to make your order correct. Stay away from this one. Theres better ones out there.

Today I placed a mobile order at 1:57 . When I got to Starbucks at 2:10 for my order, it wasn't ready . So I waited about 20 min and they gave me 2 out of the 4 . I was missing 2 pumpkins and pepita loaf. So I told the guy and he said it was coming up. So then I see him giving people orders that came after me . Then I was the only one standing after 10 min waiting for that loaf. He is going to say to me that is coming up. I told him why it took so long? He said they were busy. Ok you are busy but the loaf only takes 10 sec to warm up .So I ask for my refund. Not sure what was so hard about getting a loaf or I didn't know they made it from scratch .
