Employees are rude they don’t hire blacks and close the lobby at 8:30. They also escort you to the bathroom like a two year old. They are a disgrace to the Starbucks empire.

Just left about 5 minutes ago. Usually great service. However, today I was denied hot water and was denied access to order a tea. I was discriminated against during my visit. Truly upsetting and saddening. I am a regular and probably spend a couple hundred a month at this location. I also tip frequently. However, due to me ordering a water today, I was treated like a piece of dirt. Truly upsetting.

This place was Quick ! 9:45 am on a Wednesday. Nor bad. I went inside,Of Coarse the Drive through was 6 cars deep. But, on the inside, I was #1 in line!Whoop-Whoop ❤️
Every time I come here they do the apposite of what I ask for , for example today I asked for two hot grande light caramel maciato , instead I got no caramel and to cheese dainish and they never gave me a receipt , when I went up there they didn't even get the order right and the manager said if I got a free drink by them bc there was only charged for 3 items , .....I was like I payed for everything
