Slow service, rude service. The lady didn't even offer me my 2$ off and I saw my receipt I had 567 points, this isn't the 1st time either, the guy was great what happened to him???

Don’t go to this place, a complete waste of time. I ordered an online delivery order from this particular store yesterday through the subway app and apparently my order was cancelled and they threw away my sandwich cause no one picked it up and I wasn’t told or anything about that. I come in today to ask them can they just make my sandwich cause they canceled it and everything and I payed through my gift card and this one dumb lady said “I have to talk through DoorDash for that. Why does that matter, you guys canceled my order and everything so I should get my sandwich still. A complete waste of time definitely with these people. If you order through the app, choose a different and better store than this one.
