The ladies who work in the morning are always super sweet ! But the younger guy who works the closing shifts (specifically today , 12/11/23) could be nicer . My man works evening shifts, and he asked me to bring him subway on his lunch break. So, I came in around 8:20 to order. They close at 9 , so it wasnt THAT late to be coming in. But the worker was already mopping and getting ready to close. He did seem a bit annoyed that I came in so close to closing. I have worked fast food before so I understand the frustration, I used to hate when customers do this as well . So after paying, I even said my bad for coming in so close to closing and he was completely dismissive and careless about it and just stared at me like I was from another planet or something . The worker looks like he's 19-20 years old, so whatever. I didn't even take it personal. I ordered my man a foot long and I saw the sandwich was cut completely out of proportion instead of in half . Which I feel like was done because the worker was in a rush and tryna go home already. Again not a big deal , but the worker just seems too immature to work with customer service. I know the fast food industry can be very overwhelming and like I said I understand why he would be annoyed but at the end of the day you signed up for this job at least perform efficiently .

Regular gift card patron, but received poor customer service today by "Betha" who was not accommodating. I had ordered a foot long supreme sandwich with a container of vinaigrette and after payment, I had asked if I may have another container. I was shocked that she gasped implying that I was asking too much. Unbelievable and lost a neighborhood customer!

Apparently online orders take precedence over real customers waiting in line. Waited 20 minutes as orders kept coming in via receipts. I would not recommend this store.

This Subway does not have any breakfast sandwiches, they said they don't stock the eggs, won't be coming to this location anymore, sad it just opened

Just finished my tuna sandwich from this location but there was hardly any tuna in it!! I watched the worker as he scooped the tuna and used a knife to cut off the excess amount so it wasn't a full scoop. He was new and I'm sure instructed to do this. I won't be coming back to this subway!
