Brian was very helpful. The minute I walked in I said hello to the woman Samaythat was there, she did not speak back. At the time Brian was not around. She proceeded to do whatever it was she was doing with the clipboard. She almost made me walk out and not even order. Brian to the rescue walk straight to wash his hand and came to help me. While I dine in. I observed the woman being nice to the other customer which made me feel more uncomfortable because why did she not greet me like she did the Latino man. She practically ignored me and I spoke first. I believe customer service is not how you feel but when you come to work and represent a company you should fake it until you make it. I wanted to leave a TIP but it would of been split between the two of them and only one person deserved the tip and that's Brian. The tip I want to leave for Samantha is when a customer walks in even if your preoccupied, you should say "hello and I'll be with you in a moment or hello give me a moment I'll be right with you. Literally the worst place to order food ever, I placed a DoorDash order 2 hours before they closed and they cancelled my order a few minutes after I placed it. I drove to that store to make my order and the lady looked at me from across the parking lot and just closed up, not even like 10:15 and it's like they don't even want to do their job, they close up really early just cus? This is the most horrible store in the entire world, not only did they waste my time but the DoorDashers time as well, I saw the map they provided so I can track my order- Just shut this store down. From my previous experiences the food was raw the 2nd time I went, and the customer service was even worst, no life wannabe kids that don't do their jobs right, they deserve the worst for them and deserve the worst customers that walk in that store giving them a hard time, serves them right for treating everybody like trash, the store is trash and is so every single employee.

So this morning I tried to call a phone order on a Sunday. I understand it's busy one lady who answered the phone said there was two calls ahead of me. I would be the next one she came to the phone said hello and hung up. I called back, spoke to a lady to try to explain what happened and she did not want to hear me and I asked her name and she said that she would not give me her name so I came to the restaurant in person to order...come to find out her name is Isabella. She said that she's the manager. She was very very rude and unprofessional. I understand they're busy... but come on give me the best customer service because you're taking my money. This is not the first time that she has been rude to a customer and when she did that to someone else, I just shook my head and could not believe she was so freaking rude and unprofessional...come on FARMERS BOYS DO BETTER!!!!!! Thanks Isabella for making my Sunday really ugly...why are you the manager if you treat your customers poorly???? and when I arrived to the restaurant she never ever apologized...but she wanted to justify herself...no Isabella, and a paying customer!!! Now I remember why my family stop coming to Farmers Boys....you don't treat good paying customers like this Thanks again Isabella....Good job Isabella

Bad customer service.they try do to much for the little workers there.They also left my sandwich there for like 5 mins and let it get cold after they toasted it. My sandwich was good but their employees suck.
I came to this subway location on my way home. I ordered three sandwiches. They ran out of meatball and marinara. It's ok I ordered the the steak and cheese. The lady making my sandwich tried hard to keep composure as she made my sandwiches. Don't know what brought this on. I'm always kind and nice to everyone I meet everywhere I go. Maybe she got angry at me for trying to order a meatball and marinara sandwich, I don't know? Thanks for the sandwiches.

Grooss went in on 6/19/22 at 6:30 pm dirty worker dropping utensils and using them on my sandwich , then gave attitude with my mom . Lack of service and wouldn recommended going here the guy/girl weared bracelet and let it touch your sandwich grossed out by this .

Came at 7:40, over an hour before closing. I have worked in the food service and I understand pre-closing but not to the point where it interferes with cleanliness and service. The cutting boards weren't there which is there to be switched out and for sanitation. The employee rested her arm/elbow on the metal board where the food goes. The entire cookie case was out.

I came in at 10:08am and nobody greeted me. I said 2 times good morning and right in front of me they employees ignored me! Then after a bit they said something if I wanted to order and then they didn't put the bread in the oven yet so there was no bread! I worked at subway myself and know you start at 8 am preparing the food and make sure the bread goes in asap! This is not good for business!
