Stopped by this Taco Bell during the holiday rush mainly because it was relatively empty. My main reason for going in wasn’t the food, but to use the restroom.

Ordering is clearly pushed to the kiosks. Despite making eye contact, I wasn’t greeted. Ordering on the screen was easy. When I asked about the restroom, I was told someone was inside and asked if the key was hanging outside. After hearing a flush, I tried the door and found it open. The restroom had two stalls and was clean enough.

While waiting, my Baja Blast was called and slid toward me even though I was clearly waiting on the restroom. As I was leaving, I overheard an employee tell an older man he had to order at the screens, which seemed discouraging. I think older customers should still be able to order at the counter.

I ordered a Beefy 5-Layer Burrito and a $1 Baja Blast. The burrito didn’t resemble the photo and tasted extremely processed. One napkin was provided. The Baja Blast was the highlight.

This location has always been mid. Clean enough, very transactional, and exactly what I expect — neither satisfied nor dissatisfied.

Horrible overall I asked for a breakfast burrito they took my money then say we dont have any eggs so i said go ahead and just do it hash browns and sausage thats fine , i get to my car eat some of it bacon burnt hash browns , and rice!!! Disgusting horrible job never go to taco bell for breakfast im never going again period

Glitch

This was such BS! My cousins and I made an order and we went to the cashier to pay, but the cashier didn't even acknowledge us EVEN THO HE WALKED PAST US 4 TIMES! For context, there was only 2 people working, the cashier and another person in the kitchen. My cousins and I ended up waiting over 30 minutes and ended up walking out. (We tried to get his attention or at least some acknowledgement of us, but he didn't even look our way) I understand that there was only 2 people and that they were taking orders from the drive-through, but learn to acknowledge the customers if they're at the cash register. I ain't coming back after this experience.

went home with missing orders. the burritos weren't wrapped properly...very messy, potato's were dry, crunch wraps were warped out of shape missing 2 tacos and 2 chips

Ordered a crunchwrap supreme and drink at the kiosk. They gave me a tortilla with lettuce and tomatos and forgot the drink and sauces. No idea how the majority of the crunchwrap supreme ingredients were forgotten. An employee was also uncontrollably laughing and yelling so maybe it was intentional.
