The shrimp was absolutely awesome! Everything tasted fresh and well seasoned. The pricing was very affordable, especially for the quality of food you get. The atmosphere was beautiful and made the whole experience even better. Our server was also very attentive and welcoming, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Definitely a great spot if you’re craving good seafood—I’ll definitely be coming back.

I had one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had at The Crab Shack, and it happened the moment the doors opened at 4:00 PM.

Right at opening, a staff member opened the door and another employee immediately asked her why she did that and said she should have waited. I politely said, “Isn’t it 4:00?” and she turned around with a very aggressive attitude and said they were “trying to figure out where to seat us.”

When I told her she didn’t need to speak to me with that attitude, she responded, “I’m not giving you attitude, but since you’re having one with me, I’m going to catch one with you.” That is completely unacceptable customer service.

She then continued explaining that they were doing inventory on the floor but followed it by saying she didn’t even need to explain that to me because she could refuse to serve me if she wanted to.

To make things worse, she looked extremely unprofessional. Her hair was messy and not properly secured, and she was cutting lemons without wearing gloves, which is concerning when it comes to food safety.

Being rude to customers the moment the restaurant opens and handling food without proper hygiene is not okay. If this is the way customers are treated at the door, I can only imagine what happens behind the scenes.

Good food. Before the tip I would give them a 7/8. After the tip of 15%, I would give them a 3. Don't ask for anything after you have given the tip! You won't get it.

Been coming here for the past 10 years and it's always been a good experience but lately, they're VERY UNDERSTAFFED and it causes their service to suck. Having 2 waiters and 1 person in the front is not working out. I think they should really consider in hiring more waiters to bring back their fast paced service. It was not like this before.

It took some time to be seated. The restroom needs more attention. The food was good but the waiters need to pay more attention. I asked for a bib but never brought me one. Food price it's good. Overall I rate it 4 stars.

Custumer Service is horrible, Employees needs to pay more attention to their tables,they need to be more friendly We were a party of 6 not even once they came around to ask if everything was ok or if we needed anything else, We had to get up ourselves and ask for refills, napkins ect ,I don't mind tipping but when I asked for my check and the audacity of the employee/waitresses saying that the tip was already included because we were a party a 6, knowing that all they did was take my order and bringing it to the table, I was pretty upset and disappointed,I was charged $40 for 0 customer service.. I don't give credit that.
