This is our fourth time coming here. I decided to post it, this time the service was very good they were friendly very attentive. Our food was great, just one thing the first combo we ordered was on point, we asked for medium spice, and it was great, but the second combo we ordered the spice was just mild it wasn't consistent but it was still good. Over it was great, and I would recommend it here. We'll go back.

Oh my gosh food was amazing absolutely delicious!! We are visiting from Utah and I wish we had this place out there, everything was so good especially the service, Oscar and Irvin are so kind and very attentive, nothing better then eating at a great place and having the servers be just as good if not better, definitely will stop by again in the future?

Crab shack is not new to me or my family. Been going to this location since they first opened and love their food. Today was a different experience and so disappointing. The first table the employee pointed to, the seats were dirty. Had shells and sauces on the seats so we asked if we could sit at another open table. This one again, 2 of the 4 seats had food remainder on the seats, but I cleaned it up. Still thinking, not a big deal.
Then our server came, and then everything went downhill. She never introduced herself but her name tag said Kimberly. I think her manager should have given her a night off. Ordering our food with her was an ordeal. She was rude and had a “I don’t give a crap” attitude. After she left our table, the 4 of us just looked at each other and had to laugh cause our experience was so ridiculous. After the food was delivered, we never saw her again. We asked all the other servers for drink refills and anything else we needed, including our bill so we can get out of there.
Sorry Crab Shack, the experience tonight was way below your norm.

The seasoning is perfect, the seafood is fresh, the portion is generous, and the price is reasonable. The disadvantage is that there are not many varieties to choose from; in addition to seafood, there are also some fried foods to choose from.

WOW - No such thing as good service here!! They have rude kids running the place.
The online hours are not factual been this way for over a year. - Don’t bother going.
My experience- CLOSED at 8pm and another times at 8:30pm or 8:45.
Online says 9:30pm and they say they close daily at 9pm! You never know what’s happening at this place.
Very inconsiderate owners/managers they don’t take or care about customers concerns.
So I’m writing for all to know.
It’s a risk to go here. Use to be really on top of everything in the beginning.
Food-
The shrimp boil - crab shack style is good sometimes and sometimes awful/ shrimp overcooked and flavor off.
The corn is overcooked mostly.
Fries are so, so.
Oysters are the best thing they got going and is always good.
I’ve been here since the start supporting and watching the dream of the 3 grow.
Very disappointed I have to go elsewhere for consistency with food ordered. Good friendly and professional service.
Parking: Very busy parking lot shared with 10 other businesses at least.

I finally tried the Crab Shack on Western Avenue in Gardena, CA., and it was fantastic! We ordered the (spicy) Combo Number 3, which included king crab, shrimp, and mussels, plus a side of garlic noodles. Although the combo was labeled as spicy, it had the perfect level of heat without being overwhelming.
The portion sizes were extremely generous—enough to comfortably feed a family of four. Every bite was delicious, with the seafood cooked to perfection and the garlic noodles adding a delightful touch.
Overall, the Crab Shack offers incredible value for the amount and quality of food. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a satisfying and tasty seafood meal.
I didn't like the place very much, from the food to the service.
