The Habit Burger Grill (Drive-Thru)

My order was delightfully fresh : the sourdough was buttered and lightly toasted. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I am vegetarian and I requested they kindly replaced the chicken with mushrooms and the bacon with American cheese. The fries were soft, golden, and thick. The potato melted in my mouth to perfection. I appreciate the selection of condiments: salt, pepper, banana peppers, jalapeños, ketchup, and the other essentials. The restaurant was clean and the music played gently (3 for atmosphere). The employees were civil (4 stars for service). The restaurant’s stronger suit is the taste of their delicious food (5 stars). I wish I had a photo of the picturesque meal I had. (Also, major props for serving soda water and slices of lemon. You are true winners.)

Came to here to eat with the fam and only 3 ppl were in the lobby and all 3 of our orders were wrong they took forever to give us our order and when we got it,it was cold. Never coming back to this habit again #1 they say?

I ordered mango miso salad for $15. It came with essentially no chicken, maybe the amount of 2 chicken wings. Also the salad seemed to be 30% filled with lettuce stems/knots. It was essentially 95% lettuce with approx 20 kernels of corn (which was delicious so it's even more annoying to cheap out on corn), 8 pieces of cucumber, 6 or 7 tiny little tortilla crunch pieces, and then my two chicken wings worth of chicken.

The worst part is if they had included more corn (for diversity of flavor) and tortilla (for the crunch balance) i probably would of been annoyed at the lack of chicken but not posted this. The fact that they cheaped out on inexpensive items and left me with a giant bowl of lettuce just absolute crap to me.

The lady at the counter was very nice though.

Honestly I don't know how this got rated higher than In-N-Out Burger. The burger combo that I got the burger itself was tiny. The fries that came with a combo got real cold real quick. The only upside is that the staff was very friendly. I'm going to have to think twice before I go here again.

My partner and I got habit cheeseburgers because we felt like having a habit. It’s been a while since we had it. So, we thought we will get it. We ordered it on the app. My partner ended up ordering it. We got a meal that included a cheeseburger and fries and a Diet Coke and a cheeseburger by itself and a side of tempura green beans. Now, the fries were good and the tempura green beans were good too. But, when we started to eat the cheeseburger, I was so disappointed because the meat patty was not well done. It was still a little pink. It’s definitely has changed compared to years ago when my partner and I used to get a habit burger. We like our meat well done. We probably won’t come to this location anymore.

Good not better than In & out was a little dirty with plenty of grease on the floor at $10 + per burger probably won’t go back. Staff was nice and helpful

We had a large order of burgers and sandwiches. The burgers had some meat and some vegan. Nothing was marked, and we had a difficult time separating everything. Our experience was not good.

After reading the lower reviews , it doesn't surprise me , but I will say the food is good from the times I've had it . If you got cash I'd recommend going inside , their procedures when it comes to letting the public know about system malfunctions is not on point, if the drive thru line is partially full of cars , Individuals like me will have to wait in line for probably like 25 min. Maybe longer just to get out of the line to pull money out from the Atm , it's just alot of time being wasted , cash is king & I recommend all to just order inside . And to the crew working down, my situation was not a laughing matter , lord forbid they get the wrong person up In there getting crazy being laughed at . Just do better when it comes to system failures, put a better sign outside Indicating so , not some excuse because "it's too windy" to tape a piece paper saying so...

So normally I loveee the habit although I usually go to the Inglewood location today I chose to go to this location (gardena) the problem w this is the oil in which they fry their onion rings chicken bits and fries needs to be changed as a food service worker if you don't change your oil and you reuse it it gives all 1your fried stuff a bad taste and After taste and sadly I bought onion rings chicken bits and fries all of which I couldn't even finish because of the taste it really sucks because I love their onion rings and they are pricey usually don't mind paying but I did today because they went to waste.

Li order two burguers and they was salty and my chiken sawdich the chicken was old and taste so bad i wont comeback fries was salty too it was the worst food i try sorry for that
