This is my first time coming to this Pan at the Gardena location and because we were short on time, I decided to order take out….. bad idea 🙃I have dined in at another Pan location in Long Beach which was a lot better than this experience today. So, I arrive at the Pan and I placed and ordered to go for a the cast-iron burger, garlic fries, and add two over easy eggs with a 7 inch margarita. It took about 20 minutes. Great service and delicious food. I've tried their crispy chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries which was delicious. The other time I had the clam chowder with the grilled cheese sandwich. I liked the bread they used on the grill cheese. The chowder had good flavor. I also had one of their mocktails, the Pinky Winky drink (I think that's what it's called). It was delicious, with strawberry and mint flavors. Probably my favorite thing so far. I will continue...

But this online ordering system is one of the worst I've ever experienced. I put in my zip code - 90249 - and I'm directed to the Santa Ana location. I tried another zip to get the Artesia Blvd location and that didn't work either. Then, after getting into the Artesia menu, I find special instructions closed. So now I'm stuck with more utensils, eggs piled on top of hot food so they are overcooked by the time I get home....
