Ate here twice since coming to Cali. Being a breakfast food junkie, I immediately fell in love. So many options you could eat there everyday for a month or better and never have the same dish. Service was also fabulous. Thank you for welcoming me and making me feel at home!

I just love this place, they serve great breakfast for a reasonable price. I got the strawberry and banana pancakes , cheesy scrambled eggs , side of bacon with seasoned squared potatoes.. and it was absolutely delicious.. Our waiter was a sweetheart! The workers were friendly too!

Stopped in for breakfast this morning. Very large menu with lots to choose from. My wife really liked her blintzes and I enjoyed my eggs with both turkey bacon and turkey sausage. Good size portions with lots of food. The service was also really good. Isidro was friendly, attentive and checked back often, asking if all was Ok or if we needed anything. Prices are par for the course for the area and we really liked our breakfast. It's easy to screw it up but just as easy to do it right, and they do. Only here for 4 days, but we may swing by again.

The Pancake Factory has gone through a bit of ups and downs in the last few years. There was a time when we had gone there and said we would probably not go back. Food quality was not very good and the service was poor at best.However, I'm happy to say that on our recent visit everything was excellent. Food was very tasty and well prepared. Considering every place is looking for help, the service was also very good.We had not been here for awhile and on this visit it was also very busy. All the food I noticed coming out looked delicious and customers seemed pleased.I think they are only open for breakfast and lunch but I look forward to returning.

This place was ok I knocked off a star because my 2 sunny side up eggs were a little too raw for me but I still ate them, the bacon was cold first thing I always try for breakfast. Also the orange juice said it was premium so I compared it to black bear dinners orange juice since it’s the best one iv ever had and organic and this one had no pulp but I understand a lot of people don’t like pulp but also the taste you can tell was just not as strong as the one from BBD. Overall it was ok but Chips on hawthorn was absolutely way better for breakfast.

Look how raw this food is. The co owner says its ok. The firsr steak was ice cold. She tried to take it and reheat it up i said no. Then she said fine i am not making you a new one you can take the recooked steak or nothing. Then she changed her mind and made the new one and as you can see they serve it raw. I told her i was going to call the health department. She said go ahead i have a direct contact. Which means most likely she pays to pass the checks. Someone from the health department really needs to come out here and not the normal person it should be a supervisor so they can get a real report.
