Great place to eat anytime. Prices are Very Reasonable. Jr burgers are nice size burgers for just $2.75. Staff is friendly and good people 24/7. Food is always Good... It's My Favorite HandburgerStand/Restaurant. Can become yours also, Try Them!

I discovered Tom's Super Burgers when I came down from Camarillo to visit several childhood haunts earlier this year. A super place. Great find. This was my third visit. They serve a LOT of food! Reminds me of The Red Wagon between Bakersfield and Shafter. The Gal who runs it vowed that no one is to leave her place hungry, so the portions she serves are huge. Same with TSB. Plus, the meat they use in their nachos is wonderfully seasoned. I am perhaps not the best critic because I am easy to please, but I now use TSB as an excuse to make the hour-plus drive to visit over 8 cities in the general area. For anyone, it's at least worth one try!

every time I come here, my food is fresh and it taste good. My only issue is the customer service. The customer service sucks. No, OK lemonade shoving the items in your face no smile it’s not heartwarming to come here. I feel like with a better customer service this place can be five stars. RUDE SERVICE GREAT FOOD SMH

I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, I got 2 cheeseburgers. Their English is super bad. Not an issue for me I don’t care about a language barrier, but they really cannot understand what you’re saying. This has happened to me several times here. Apart from that, the service is terrible. If you ask for sauce, employees make it seem like a huge burden. The food is OK. Not amazing, not disgusting.
Today I had the worst experience ever at this burger joint. I’ve been here a couple of times, and in the past service was good/okay. I placed an order over the phone, the woman repeated my order back to me correctly. Once I arrived at the location, I noticed my order was incorrect before leaving, and I let an older woman know that an item was incorrect and that I was missing 2 ranch dressings. She immediately began blaming the younger girl, saying that she didn’t take any phone orders and started to point fingers. I wasn’t bothered by the mistake and even offered to pay the difference. She then began speaking to the younger girl in Spanish telling her what to charge me for, also making jokes about my size and that I came back to for my missing/incorrect items. I am a black male and work for Lynwood Unified School District as a Spanish interpreter 😈😁. I started speaking to her in Spanish and the look on her face was priceless!!!! She had nothing to say afterwards. In conclusion, due to poor service and immature women, I tried to give the food back and ask for a refund. She refused and said that she wasn’t able to give refunds. I will never go back to this spot again except for tomorrow to speak with owner and get my money back.

Food is alright, chicken was kind of blend but the burgers are good. The cashier was kind of rude and it seemed she didn't want to speck Spanish to a customer even tho she could...I would recomend only if you really can't another spot to have a decent meal.
