I have been going to this restaurant for about 5-6 years and the service/food was much better in the beginning. The last few times that I have ordered the food was not good at all, the pork belly tasted freezer burnt in the rice & very small portions. The restaurant doors are always full of hand prints, and the restroom was very dirty. If they're not concerned about the cleanliness for the customers, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. I will not be going back & won't be recommending no one to go.

I walked into the café in a good mood but left disappointed. The staff were sitting around on their phones and weren’t wearing aprons. One made my drink with the same hand he used to touch their phone.
When I asked for water, his finger touched the inside of the cup, which felt unhygienic. It seemed they weren’t properly trained..

I order here frequently and today I was extremely disappointed with the service. I ordered 6 meals and when I came to pick up I asked for extra sauce that normally comes with the food. The lady explained that they did not have any made right now. I ordered at 11:45am, so you would think they would be prepared. So I told her i did not want one of the meals. She had an attitude stating the meal was already made and I should’ve asked about it when I called in my order. Now the real issue is, why would I ask about something that normally comes with the food? Her attitude and service was not how I expected as a mother customer who just spent over $100 at the establishment. I won’t be coming back.

The noodles are decent. Plain or beef. Don't leave without the thai tea. Get the tea

If I could leave zero stars I would. Horrible place horrible experience. Horrible customer service. Over priced and overhyped. Food is not good. They make you wait for a long time and bring one plate at a time by the time I was done my husband barely got his plate. He was served cold greasy noodles steak over cooked. The noodle soup was bland all veggies look old and nasty. Let’s not even start with the horrible smell of this place. Not worth your time it’s not as they advertise on instagram. Avoid getting disappointed and do not come here!

This is an "okay" restaurant.
I wanted to have a nice family graduation outing in a not so crowded environment, I knew this establishment would have barely any customers at the time we wanted to go so I decided to give this place another try.
?If you are looking for the traditional strong authentic Thai food taste you're not going to get that here. But it may satisfy a craving or two. The garlic noodles are sticky and a little bit hard. The soup is watery and the noodles are a bit undercooked.
The French fries are done Right. The popcorn chicken/chicken bites are a little bit tough, and had a bit too much batter.
⏳From the time you order to the time you get your food is quick but that may be the problem why some of the food is undercooked. The beef bites on the garlic noodles was good this time.
?Some of the menu prices have changed by a few cents or more but the menu has not been updated to reflect that you will see that on your receipt.
?The restaurant itself appears clean, the restroom unfortunately does need a remodel and you have to be careful while you're in there.
When it came time to pay we were waiting a long time my 12-year-old decided to go get the check, they tried to force the child to give them a credit/debit tip and sign the receipt instead of allowing the receipt to come back to the table for an adult to take care of it the tip was intended to be given in cash. Once I found out what had just taken place at the register, I decided no tip was best.
*One should not assume that the way a table paid for their meal is the same way that they will be paying for the tip especially if the check was not split... Some of us are old school and we still carry cash and at the end we leave a decent amount on the table from the parties that were involved.
?*Be very careful when coming to this establishment they will try to force a credit/debit tip instead of accepting the cash. It would be best for you to bring cash to pay for your meal so as not to have any surprises on your receipt or on your account.
Love the food but the service leaves a lot to be desired there is one lady whose name I forgot who is very nice. But the rest need training on customer service even then they answer the phone. All they say is “hi” and silence.

The reviews here are basically bought out. If you leave a good review they'll give you a free entree. It's all just a way to make them seem good. Went in expecting something good left and realized this place is actually horrible. We saw the cook picking his nose whilst cooking. They force charged the tip so there's that. We left then and they begun looking at us and literally insulting us. I still wanted my other drink so I went to go order it and amazingly enough the lady coughed purposely ON my drink. See I'm not the one to confront them about this in person because no altercations have to occur but I rather inform you all than confront individuals who won't take you seriously
