I order here frequently and today I was extremely disappointed with the service. I ordered 6 meals and when I came to pick up I asked for extra sauce that normally comes with the food. The lady explained that they did not have any made right now. I ordered at 11:45am, so you would think they would be prepared. So I told her i did not want one of the meals. She had an attitude stating the meal was already made and I should’ve asked about it when I called in my order. Now the...
Love the food but the service leaves a lot to be desired there is one lady whose name I forgot who is very nice. But the rest need training on customer service even then they answer the phone. All they say is “hi” and silence.
I've only ordered pickup from this spot and each experience has been pleasant all around. No complaints here. I haven't tried everything on the menu but I plan on going back for more!
